Hy, I'm from Bulgaria. You don't see black people in the video, not because we're racists, but because we have virtually no immigrants from countries where the population is dark. We often have students from African countries or tourists from Western Europe, but in general in our city do not live more than 100 people who are black. In western Europe there is a large part of the population, but in the east it is rare. My grandparents have never seen a black man in their lives. And before you tell us that we are racists, PLEASE note that Bulgaria, Greece, Macedonia, Serbia, Albania and all other countries on the Balkan Peninsula have been slaves for 500 years. Enslaved for 5 centuries by the Ottoman Empire.
Im from england and you typically see a lot more cultures compared to whites in areas like london and Birmingham then in other places. Just where the money is.

Usually the police do carry a gun but it's not like they're going to shoot a bunch of people because they can't control them. A gun is a last resort if you fear for your life not because some hooligan doesn't want to listen to you. Police (at least in my country) just don't use their guns as much/easily as seems to be the case in usa

As someone who often goes to high risk matches in my town with one of the biggest rivalries in the world i can tell you few things.
1. You won't see black people because there are not that many black people in general in these areas of europe
2. Racism has nothing to do with this behavior, it's love for your club and city
3. You can always choose neutral seats if you wanna just be neutral or not be active in cheering for the team
First time i went to a big game was with my dad when i was 10 and someone lit the flare near me, the leader of the group kicked him out of the stadium and apologized to my dad, there are people there that are full of hatred for their goverment or opp team but most people just want to support their team at all times.

Funny talking about not seeing black people in football games played in Europe. They are aware that the "African" population in Europe is quite small right? In the EU about 2% of people are "African" (compared to 12% in the US), and half of that 2% lives in France. So the reality is that there would be very few black fans, not because they aren't allowed, but because there simply aren't many black people there. You can look at South American or African games to see more of darker skinned fans.
They just don't realize that we didn't keep black slaves, I'm not saying we are innocent we sold slaves to America all we could but most of them we bought from black people, who captured and inslaved their own people, and that is a fact, most captured black slaves was captured and sold by black people!

Most of the footage here is from Eastern Europe. Generally speaking there are not that many black people living there. Not because it’s all racist over there but because the government does not give free stuff to refugees. So refugees prefer going to Western Europe where the governments do give free stuff and take care of them. For those who just legally move to Europe prefer Western Europe because it’s more modern and richer.
Almost all Western European countries have about 15% or more black people, which is about the same as the United States.
West Europe has way less poverty

What you see in the clip, it doesn't happen often, it happens when it's an important derby, not every time, let's not compare Europe with the U.S., in Europe it has one of the oldest civilizations, it has buildings older than the U.S. Freedom in U.S. means having a gun and shooting innocent children in school, not having a health care system that helps everyone. american football fans on their wildest days dont come close to football ultras.
Some groups are indeed racist but most actually arent. There are plenty of groups for example of my club Ajax Amsterdam; who's firms are racially mixed (and yes including black people). Same goes for groups in France, England etc etc, though the more east you go its getting less. Nor are these things the standard per game anymore, in most countries (especially western Europe) in and around the stadiums it perfectly safe to visit matches. Not saying nothing can happen but overal its perfectly safe, most action today takes place at pre arranged meetings; and most of the time not anywhere near a stadion.
Differences in culture are very interesting. These kids interpret things through their lenses. The reality is that in Europe, especially in Eastern Europe where the black people percentages is less than 0.5, that is not about race is about your team and the enemy (the other team)
It has absolutely nothing to do with race or skin color.
In some countries here in europe , if the police shoots someone that isn't shotting at them , like if they have a bat or something that's not a gun, the police officer can go to jail and pay a fine.

"How do you get that into a game?" Because it is more than a game. Many football clubs are literally built on the foundations of its community. They are the soul of a city, or the soul of a specific group within the city. Some are built on religious divides like Celtic and Rangers, some on Political divides. Some teams were formed by minority groups within a city that wanted to band together and create a place for their community.
Whatever their reason for formation was, the club becomes this focal point for a city and a place to belong. A lot of the Ultras mentality grew from protecting their own communities and a severe dislike for the police. In most of Europe a specific community doesn't fall along racial lines for the most part. In Eastern Europe or among the teams with ties to right wing groups it can be on racial or religious lines. In Western Europe and clubs with ties to working class and left wing groups it tends to fall on those political lines.
Also, to the dude sat on the left of the camera as we see it: A lot of these clips are from areas with very small black communities if any. Hence the lack of black ultras/fans for those clubs. Also, in America this wouldn't fly because you don't 1. have the same passions about your teams. and 2. your police are more armed than some militaries and shoot people for the smallest things lol.
And no the police don't need to be armed. in America you let your law enforcement become the biggest gun toting gang around, don't mean we have to allow it lol.

No hate to you, i just want to explain it to you. The black people in Europe are most likely to be immigrants who came from africa and other playec. You see mostly white people because they were born in the city, their parents were, their grandparents and so on, so they feel way more connection with the club. It's about loyalty and love for the club. Racism doesn't have anything to do with that. And in a lot of countries in Europe there is armed and not armed police. Guns are illegal here. If the guns were legal for everyone we would have way higher crime rate, especially shootings. People don't do that to the police those things because they don't have guns. And i don't know in which countries but in most of them the police aren't allowed to shoot unless the criminal have some kind of weapon. Another thing about the racism, i can say it's way more common in USA then in any European countries. Yes racist people exist too, but it's not as common as in USA.

The UK isn’t racist at all. Our clubs tend to have very diverse fanbases, especially in the big cities. These clips are mainly from Eastern Europe, where there always seem to be undertones of racism.

The fan clubs show how to close lines, organize people and stand your ground. Thus. Europeans possess more rights, protection and a better living standard than US Americans. In Europe, fans are an integral part of the entire event. It is a party, a tradition (people talk about "from father to son"), a questions of loyalty and group identity, a religion (fun fact: just 14 % of Europeans regard traditional religions / churches as important)
The violence is actually limited.
Ultras are hardcore fans and sometimes include hooliganz, who meet each other after the match to fight with each other based on consensus. Actually, they have dates for wagging street war. Usually, they occupy certain sections of the stadium to isolate them and protect regular fans. Thus, the video is talking about "the curve", the location of the Ultras. Viplence and crime rates are much lower in Europe. We do not shoot on each other. Fair wealth distribution, more education, social support systems including universal healthcare, growth opportunities for everybody, intact famiIies, banning fire arms, less private debts, and opportunities to Iive emotions might help USA.
Europe is much less racist than USA ever will be. You did not see many colored people because it is Europe. The craddle and home of caucasian people. A great number of scenes were recorded in Eastern and Southern Europe that experienced less migration from Africa etc due to socio-economic reasons and due to the former iron curtain. People looking for a better life prefer Northern and Western Europe.
