I have the same machine and im slowly learning, I kinda get some shapes sometimes but I pour from a long distance and very thin stream of milk and then when I go closer the milk ends up in the bottom of rhe cup not the top, I try to steam it correctly, first I inject air like 5 seconds, then I focus on the whirlpool and then submerge the tip until the desired temperature. I feel I can grasp the surface of making good latte art but something is failing
