- 3 simple quick tips if you have FOREHEAD ACNE!
1. Extending your anti dandruff shampoo to your forehead - very often the yeast or fungus that causes dandruff or scalp irritation also can lead to acne on our forehead - this is when the acne is only seen on the forehead or hairline.
2. Adapalene helps dry the adolescent acne that is caused by oily skin or skin that has just started becoming oily during puberty due to the change of hormones. This kind of acne is also sometimes observed just on the forehead.
3. Picking acne never helps - only makes things worse. Acne on the forehead can be quite deep seated. Hence squeezing or picking won’t help anyway and just irritate the area more.
Additionally - picking is never a one time thing and always becomes a habit eventually that can lead to scars and marks. Your fingers usually touch many surfaces - putting that on your face is never a good idea. So don’t pick or touch your face!
Ofcourse, if your acne is severe - it is always necessary to go visit a dermatologist to get to the cause of acne and a proper treatment plan.

So many content creators will give acne tips and tricks, but most, if not all never go into depth about it. 1. When you’re going to wash your face, make sure you wash your hands first, as your hands could be dirty or will contain germs. 2. Exercising everyday will definitely improve acne because when you work out, your blood is flowing and when you’re sweating, your pores will remove a build-up of acne. 3. Reducing or completely eliminating sugar, when you consume sugar, your blood sugar will spike, and overall causing your body inflammation. 4. Stop consuming dairy products, milk has amino acids that stimulate the liver and has been a development for acne. Hope these tips help!!

DANDRUFF shampoo. dandruff shampoo contains zinc which is good for your skin and removing acne.

@@incognito352 what specially do you use as face wash? also, it only works for fungal acne which is bumps under the skin causes by a fungus. traditional “ face wash” doesn’t do much of the job

Anti dandruff shampoo is actually great for only fungal acne if its not fungal acne youve got dont use it. I put it on the sides of my nose because thats the only place i get fungal acne the rest is normal acne

Biggest tip, is don't wear a fringe if you have forehead acne. It might hide it a bit, but also makes it much worse.

People in healthcare always tell you not to squeeze out your own zits and pimples. They'd rather you paid them to do it for you.
That and also I'm not sure you want scarring
@@Liu_Xiu I think a tendency to scar is partly due to luck. I had moderate acne all through my teens and squeezed and picked the heck out of it. Found nothing as disgusting as white topped zits and huge lumpy blackheads with extende pores. Never got any type of permanent scar.
But have really deep cystic or nodular acne, that is a different kettle of fish altogether. They form deep abcesses and don't tend to heal well.
The trick is to ask for help with bad acne before it gets a chance to form scars, or just get really gross looking to begin with.
A dermatoligist can usually help. You might need a course of antibiotic or accutane.
