where can I find the RYOBI underwater pool cleaner
How well do any of these effectively pick up dirt or sand?
Want to know that too
we have an aquajack pretty much the same as the blue and orange one, its unreal picks up dirt and sand really well but leaves are a bit tricky but does suck them up,
This video sounds like he is just reading the ads from the manufacturer. No real reviews at all!
we own the pool blaster max. it picks up dirt and sand really well. amazon also sells those microfiltration bags you can put over the existing filter to pick up even finer particles. love ours so far.
I can't find the Ryobi vacuum anymore..what is the next best one? Water Tech Pool blaster, but which one?
It’s back in stock, see the link again
How much are they ?
Everything sold out everywhere. That seems to be the case with everything these days.
Will any of these pick up sand from the pool floor?
Yes, just put a panty hose sock on it
Can you clean with these while in the pool
Common sense would tell you yes lol
@@jeffmurphy178 i see people cleaning while standing on the outside of the pool
well the reason why people dont go in while its getting cleaned is because then all the dirt and trash would go around which will be harder to get vacuumed
Is there a reason why I can't find the ryobi vacuum anywhere?
Probably because it sucks! I've been looking for it also.
Same
It’s been discontinued.
It didn't seal and would break pretty quickly.
@@blackskin380 I would hope so. Its a vacuum.
I’m still unsure of what vacuum to buy at a reasonable price reading the reviews on the catfish one has me undecided it cost around $94 in Walmart my pool is not that big goes up to 7ft deep

All of these (except for the WaterTech) are completely obsolete, or no longer for sale.
Don’t make them any longer
Dezaa
Dezaa??
As pool service man, I've tried all of these and they are nothing but toys. None of them work properly. Hire a professional pool service man please!
Agree!!!!
I own a pool company and trying to find something more easy to vacuum a pool like one of these don’t have any recommendations?
@@maadrich7542 I service pools in Los Angeles and most of times, I need to pass through either very narrow path or walk up or down stairs to get into the pool area. Bottom Feeder Vacuum is the best in the market but the problem is that it costs a lot of money to maintain. If you are being a little careless, the vacuum head could break and their lithium ion battery doesn't last more than 2 years. You gotta buy the new battery which costs about $600. I've recently ordered my 2nd battery.
@@bruceha1615 yea that thing like 1500 anything a lil cheaper on the market ?
@@bruceha1615 I was wondering about those, have not used one. I serviced pools in LA as well, (started in 1975), my route was in the San Fernando Valley, and in the Hollywood Hills , along Sunset Blvd out to Malibu and down to Marina Del Rey.
I have been servicing pools in Arizona, since I moved here in 1995. I kind of went into "pool culture shock" ( thought that I reverted back to the dark ages) when I moved here, as pool companies were installing sand filters on brand new pools, and about 40-50 percent of the pools here have in floor cleaning systems. All of the commercial, and semi commercial pools here have to run 24 hours a day, and they are all exclusively sand filters!!
You and I, no doubt, probably know some of the same people, if you work in the same areas where I was. I'd rather service pools here. I knew a pool guy in LA, his name was Bruce Leaf, what a name for a pool guy! Wish you, and your family well. I was in the West LA IPSSA chapter, since it's inception in 1988.
