@@okok-jp9vd neither Vvd or Thiago are 1v1 type of defender tackles are like there last resort they are positional defenders, mostly they let attackers make there move and then intercepts the shots or passes or they make the player shoot off the target or weak shot by blocking there line of sight and then clears the ball

As much as I'm grateful for highlight vids like this, they'll never communicate the true genius of Thiago's play. The guy makes the right decision nearly 90% of the time. No one can compare to how "perfect" he plays the position...from the anticipation to the coverage to the vision...dude is unmatched except for maybe VVD.
