Thank you for the vídeo and good explanation.
Allow me to share that Honda states in the manuals that chain slack on the CBR650R is to be measured with the bike on the side stand.
You are doing it on a padock stand, that chages significantly the position of the swing arm and the way it influences the chain tension / slack.

My Honda CTX 700 manual says to check and adjust the chain with the bike on the side stand and the weight of the bike on the wheels.
