Ingredients
Quaker Oats 1 cup (cup = 250 ml)
Water 2 cups or you can use milk
Milk 1 cup
Sugar or honey as per taste
Fruits to garnish

1. What is the recommended serving size of Oats (Dry Oats in Grams) for one person? 1 Cup of Dry Oats for One Person or is that too much / too little
2. What is the weight of One Cup of Dry Oats in Grams?
3. Can we cook the oats directly in Milk Without using water?

40 gm dry oats for 1 person
1 cup oats I have used to show a standard size

40g dry oats per person seems decent enough... I saw an article which said 80g to 100g per person, which I felt was a bit too much!!!
I am trying to keep the milk quantity as low as possible due to my acidity. Without using any milk it does taste very terrible!!
Plus I am trying jaggery powder as a substitute for sugar.
Adding some cinnamon and almonds and raisins for variety.
Approx how long does it take for Oats to be cooked in water? (before adding the milk)
