      In that part of the video I meant that it is very helpful to start noticing how much time takes your daily routine.
      For example, I always was super delusional about how much time I really have in a day. I would plan a lot of tasks, I thought I could manage everything: working, doing homework, cooking, working out.. But in reality my work out (as an example) takes 30 minutes PLUS time for shower, ride to the gym, ride back home, resting and it all sums up to be 2 hours, instead of 30 minutes as I planned. 😊
      As soon as I started realistically plan my day, I started to feel much better
