What's it like at Vietnam's 5-Star Lobster Seafood Buffet in Hanoi

- I was very grateful to meet the wonderful people at HanoiKid, a volunteer club comprised on university students who are proud to showcase the history and traditions of their city of Hanoi. I got the chance to meet Camellia who took me on a tour for historic places in Hanoi along with teaching me how to cross the busy streets of the capital city. Insightful stories, amusing facts, and fables & folklore made this tour interesting and fun.

Hanoikids is a student-run organization established in 2006 that aims to “Be A Little Ambassador of Hanoi” through leading tours for English speaking travellers to Hanoi. Hanoikids hopes to bring you an insight into Vietnamese culture, tradition, beautiful sight-seeing and especially develop cross-cultural understanding between Vietnam and the rest of the world. Each member of the club can explore their full potential through practical experiences and extracurricular activities.
So after a fulfilling day exploring Hanoi, we worked up an appetite. And after seeing the beautiful city from the street, we had a chance to see the city from above! It so happens that one of the tallest buildings in Hanoi, the Landmark72 Intercontinental has a buffet up high at their restaurant 3 spoons. And it gets better because this not only a traditional luxury buffet, the it also has unlimited made to order lobster dishes served right at your table!
Along with the seafoods and carvery, there were stations throughout offering the traditional Vietnamese fare such as pho, Bún Thịt Nướng, and more! A highly recommend place to fill your sights and well as your appetite.

Probably the best meal she's had in a long time. I remember surviving on Kraft Dinner and other cheap food when I was at university.

It was a nice setup! We didn't take advantage of all the lobster dishes as we were distracted with the other variety of dishes.

Tim, the butter is in the dessert station because some people don't eat sugar, so they enjoy a piece of butter; others use butter for cakes/croissant/bread; & others use butter in their coffee instead of cream.

I did not expect that to be a piece of butter. Camelia and the Honoi kids organization or fantastic. Really helpful for showcasing the culture of Vietnam.

Cost of living in Vietnam is so cheap compare to Canada. That is why so many Canadian sell their house move to south east Asia and they can retire early as mid 40s

Initially, I didn’t remember the organization Hanoi Kids who are a volunteer group run by a group of University students to take tourists around to Showcase their home country on a volunteer basis. That is super cool since these University students are local kids usually from more wealthy families. I think Camilla would be familiar with the wealthy people love of the exotic gigantic seafood, and can easily show those markets to well off you 🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪
I must say, it is a great organization. The aim is to provide an opportunity for the university students to improve their English and also provide valuable guide services to the tourists.
