Nero for me is definetly S tier. If you do fashion blanka super in to his c1 you can interrupt any team. This only work with supers that gathers enemy or push them all back. His interupt is guarenteed and has a wide hitbox. And after 2/3 interrupts in challenge you can unload damage and he does great damage as a tank

i use christmas rufus all the time in super showdown he counters any dhalsim team. he dispells burn and has a really good heal
