Yes. Sorry, Megan Kelly. I agree with all of the comments about your listeners who are really put off by your cold, classless, aggressive, comments about Princess Catherine. She is always gentle, always kind, always beautiful in every way and you are capitalizing on the back for her illness. I am ashamed of you. I thought you were all for supporting women and mothers. I listened today, hoping to hear a sincere apology from you, which was not forthcoming. Again, shame on you who said accusingly that Catherine chose to be the princess so she should expect all of this scrutiny and talk.

I'm a two time cancer patient and I can tell you for a fact that abdominal surgery is very difficult to heal from PLUS chemotherapy is absolutely heinous. It is horrible....you have no idea, and radiation is almost as bad. Your body is never the same....not ever. Leave Princess Catherine alone. Her type of cancer and everything else is none of your business. And don't ever think it can't happen to you.

Leaving a false statement on the record is lying to the public. Then they put out a digitally altered photo that was rejected by news agencies. Those PR blunder were news. Prince William should hire PR professionals who know what they are doing. It is not his wife's fault.

It was people in the US, including prominent celebrities, talk show hosts etc, that started the rampant speculation and became OBSESSED with ridiculous conspiracy theories! This sparked a worldwide media frenzy. The UK press, having respected her privacy by not publishing the pap photo of her in the car with her mother and so on, jumped on the bandwagon. In reporting on ‘how absurd’ the rumours were, they were actually giving themselves licence to fuel/perpetuate them Disgusting!

She is NOT Kate Middleton, hasn't been for many years. She is The Princess of Wales, our beautiful future Queen is so lovely, what a time for her, Prince William & the children. I really feel for her & all her Family. I'm sure the hardest to do was telling the children. She timed it well for the children, they now have a few weeks off school, so they hope things will have calmed down by then. It will give the children time to process it & ask questions. They will feel much better by the time they go back to school. I'm so sad for her, she's only ever been a wonderful Princess, her smile is so beautiful. You can't hide it, a good heart will shine.

I am a physician and a recent cancer survivor. First comment, why are you having a cardiologist comment on what we know is a cancer situation? Could whatever news outlet not get an oncologist? Secondly, a good deal of what the cardiologist said is WRONG. Yes, if cancer is suspected, a "frozen section" can be done during the surgery. This would involve on or two slides prepared in a rapid fix way; it does not represent the entire organ, and would not be done unless cancer is suspected. It is normally used to determine whether the surgery went far enough or more is needed. "Permanent sections" take several day or up to a week. This is a much more thorough evaluation of whatever tissue was removed, and may show cancer even if the frozen sections were negative. My frozen sections of lymph nodes were negative (2 slides), the permanent were positive for cancer (29 slides) and more surgery was needed. Catherine's timeline is perfect--a patient needs 6-8 weeks to recover from surgery before adjunct or standard chemo can begin. And no, we cannot guess what type of chemo she is getting (and thus what organ(s) might be involved) based on the fact that she still appears to have her own hair. Again, my oncologist told me that I could expect to lost my hair with the third course of chemo---which is exactly what happened. She hasn't had time to be that far yet.
And finally, Catherine's medical situation is HER business. It is quite inappropriate for the talking heads to be coming out with various theories and comments, whether accurate or not. Some day, Catherine may choose to become a spokesperson for her particular type of cancer or for cancer in general. That will be her decision at the time. She will find her own ways and support of dealing with her diagnosis as each of us in the situation must. What she needs is for the public, the media, and the trolls to keep quiet and give her a break. Leave her and the entire family alone.
@kathryncashner. Good to read a sensible comment. Several people I know underwent surgery not suspecting cancer but it turned out to be cancer. It’s not uncommon. Nothing is certain until the histology (pathology) reports are completed.

That doctor is WRONG! I went in for a hysterectomy for endometriosis when they discovered an ovary that looked really suspect. They took the ovary and several lymph nodes and glands in my abdominal area closed me up and sent me off to post-op. When they got the results back the following day, my doctor THEN came in to tell me I had ovarian cancer and although it only showed cells in the 1st three lymph nodes, I was going to do a round of preventative chemo WHILE I was in the hospital. I spent a week there dealing with the effects of a complete hysterectomy and then chemo with all of this because my doctor WANTED me to live! I was a 38 year-old mom who had 4 kids and had been in great health prior to getting sick with what was thought to be a uterine issue 3 WEEKS before! Now, this was 1999 and I'm still here. So these assholes can kick rocks. You DO get sick that fast and you DI ge chemo and STILL live a long life!

Same thing happened to my husband. Biopsy and specimen sent off during surgery came back as non cancerous. Then the biopsy sent off after surgery came back as cancer. Not everything is a lie. Cancer is a scary word. Lost my mom to it. It’s awful and you have no idea until you experience it yourself. Stop with the judgement.

One actually said that Catherine owed it to the public because “we pay your salary” (even though most citizens seem to not mind and say it’s about the equivalent of a Mars Bar); and someone else suggested that she owed it to other women because it might give them the courage to get screened. I worked in surgery for 40 yrs. Kate’s statement is accurate. ( CNN’s cardiologist??? Really they could not get a cancer surgeon really???? ) Scenario….. the operation takes place and nodes or other specimens are sent to pathology as a permanent( in formaldehyde ) and not a specimen to be looked at then and there. 5-7 days later it is learned to be cancer. It happens all the time. Very common. To say the palace lied is BS. All CNN needed to do read talk to a nurse. Just saying…

Megyn Kelly just created a narrative with introducing a clip of this doctor. Why didn’t she show the clip of this other doctor, Sanja Gupta, also on an Anderson Cooper’s CNN segment? Her narrative was to justify her previous comments she made on her podcast about Catherine, demanding an explanation. Now she claimed that she has been misled. No she was NOT. Catherine and the Palace must not have known right away that Catherine had cancer, and when they knew, Catherine chose to not inform the public until her children were on Easter holiday from school. Additionally, Catherine did not owe Megyn Kelly, or anyone else for that matter, any explanation. Yes, she is a public figure; however, her health is a private matter. Also, in a previous video, she compared Catherine to the US Defense Secretary, Lloyd Austin, as both public figures, as Lloyd Austin had to come forward and announce that he had surgery and prostate cancer. That is a different situation as Catherine is NOT in charge of an entire country security.

That doctor is ridiculous. I found out I had cancer three weeks after my surgery. They test those biopsies carefully. That doctor needs his license to practice revoked.
