Well.. its not like the same spots are hit every day. Apartment buildings can be quickly fixed once the enemy leaves the area. Only takes a month or two. Even in america with natural building collapses or even after the OKC bombing things were repaired quickly. Business doesnt stop because of a war. It gets more intense
