Nice build, very different floor plan. I’d have the builder turn that first bedroom into the office with a wider window & make it bigger by getting rid of the closet and vanity. The 2nd bedroom would be for guests since it’s towards the front of the home, seems safer to me that way. The office and guest room would be for kids. Other than that I really like it 👍🏼🙂

Overall nice home; seem better ones you've toured Dan. I really don't like how much the front entry door is sunken in. It seems it avoids a lot of the natural sun light that could shine thru to the front foyer. Great tour though. 👍🏼

This gorgeous home is just 600k? Nice! I’m from Dallas. Me and my wife just closed on a home in Los Angeles for 1 Million dollars. Once we build up enough equity, we may have to head back to Dallas. Would love to buy something like this cash.

You get a lot of amenities being involved in this communities HOA. If that is no intereste to you then I can understand. Thanks for watching.

600k to live in a neighborhood… crazy these homes were worth 200k a few years ago. The rate inflation is going young families will never get ahead.
