Big Brother this music score is epic! I swear this type of cinematography and score need it's place in any award ceremony! :This is a good look! I've got my popcorn 🍿literally. The steel vinyl is a new concept for me. Yes the door is a favorite. The floating toilet is very attractive. The window treatments to match the furniture is pleasant. A little bit of a luxury hotel bath theme...feels good.. The space in the jr suite could support a small corner desk, too. That exit door in the primary is intriguing. Probably can use a step stool for a seamless exit-entry. The shower tile is earthy (brick). oooh, the Kitchen cab. doors...very different. Baclyard is large enough to create a small cooling pool. This is definitely a great starter home. 🏠. Overall, a great tour.

Alright, time for the breakdown 😉 1) Love the aerial capture of the surrounding area of the house 🥰 2) Even though it’s boxy looking on the outside, it’s still so cute, but when You step inside, talk about nice clean lines to it 🤌🏾 3) Like that it’s built with a steel frame (this should’ve been no 2, but it’s all good 😉) 🙌🏾, & 4) Talk about ‘uniquely’ spacious, love that for Whoever purchases this house 🤗

Finally, a truly modern house. Great design, even the interior doors look modern. Lovely backyard. Very modern bathrooms. Wall-hung toilets mean that the walls in the house are of good quality. The only negative in my opinion is the very narrow staircase to the second floor.

hi My friend , energy-efficient homes have some basic elements in common: a well- constructed and tightly sealed thermal envelope; controlled ventilation; properly sized, high-efficiency heating and cooling systems; and energy-efficient doors, windows, and appliances.

Beautiful home I would love this for myself. Only negatives I have is the master bathroom shower is small should be expanded more, the staircase is definitely narrow and the homes in are so close together since I know Texas has more than enough space to offer.
