    You guys are amazing! Don't ever think you are boring. Not many of us could go where they don't speak English. You are living the dream but struggles continue no matter where we are. Keep inspiring us!

    I feel ya. I’m currently at my highest weight. My whole body is screaming at me from different angles that is dislikes having to work this hard with all this weight on. Ugh ! The night time is what kills me.

    I hear yas! I've gone off track as well. I've not been getting my kms in every day. Blaming the weather, but it's not a good excuse. I have rain gear and shockingly enough, wouldn't melt! And it's a domino effect. Days I don't walk I don't seem to be motivated to do yoga. It's a struggle for most people to stick with it. You guys will get back in the zone!

    I’ve been waiting for the 100 day weigh in, I just thought time was dragging. Perhaps a 30 day series “countdown to the scales” is required!

    Do not need scales, a tailors tape measure is a better indicator of a healthy bod' (think fatty liver) measure at the belly button. 1 inch is 10 pounds on my waist, this would vary with a person height. An air fryer is the most used appliance we have. We have been pseudo low carb for 4 years leading up to 2021, limited result and a real struggle to maintain. At that point, Feb. 2021 we went 'all in' , all in includes : aim for zero carbs , 2-4 hour eating window/day, learning the different names for sugar and where they are found ( this exercise is to inform ones self of the presence of sugar/ carbs) then make a binary choice, yes or no. No different than any other drug that you want to avoid. You both are focused on the mission and already know of the discreet benefits this lifestyle provides, success is yours.

      Also, a scale can be an emotional roller coaster, up , down, wtf. Weigh once a month, do the same thing everyday, low carb beer 2-3/day, but not everyday, The maintenance is where the real challenge is.

      The low low carb and OMAD, must be fat adapted for this, will reduce hunger.....so the body gets what it needs but the brain may be stuck on a lifetime of of the standard American diet, hard to change engrained activities and indoctrination (food pyramid).
