Squirrels,no Pigeons as they concrete top floors a lot. Plus the hot water top floors good for dishes. Bad for showers. 🥵 Anyway, hope return soon. Later ✌
We really like the unit we saw at the AD. At the time we were returning to Canada and not ready to commit. When we were ready there wasn’t anything available☹️ But we’re happy with the Sea Saran. Thanks for the comment!!

The next thirty, pounds? Come on you would be stick man Brian, the body knows how much weight it wants to retain, the last twenty may not be achievable long terrm, a doctor on CZcams was saying the other day. I seem to be stuck as well, the last pound I gained didnt even seem to have any rhyme nor reason to it. Doctor Google said after losing thirty pounds the body thinks there might be a famine and holds onto the last twenty to keep you from starving...lol What do you think, could it be the case?
I think it's a bit of a struggle for everyone to get the last few pounds off! It's not a race I'm happy losing a few each month my ideal weight is about 175 to 180 so I'll just work on that. You've done really well so far it just gets slower the closer we get to our target weight! Brian

Great job.. OnThursday Aug 22, 2024 after 7 months of Carnivore diet and a mile fast walking a day down 100lbs . At 64yrs as of July just like y'all never to old to get your LIFE BACK . Remember too Brian, you're biking more and building up more muscle in your legs likely and muscle is heavier than fat (not thatvyour fat by any mean), so parts of your body are converting!!!!

I gained one pound but I know how. Chocolate covered almonds, somebody handed me a bag, and couldnt put it down... One of my favorites, so was worth the pound, and on I go...lol

Thanks for telling us how easy to get dental stuff done. I talked to a lady today in tears because she had a back problem and can't get a MRI until 2026 they told her in St. John's NL. Disgraceful medical care here.
I feel for that lady and all in her situation. Also for the health care professionals who are struggling to do their jobs within the system. Yes, you either have pay for insurance or pay straight up here, but quality care is readily available from our perspective.

No smell at all. It’s a little work; easier to pour oil from a bottle! It’s a suitable for carnivore diets.

I think gettting off that last 20 pounds is not an easy task, its natural I feel for the body of a Senior person to hang onto the last 20 pounds. I am stuck too Brian up three down two and on and on, but happy to be where I am just a little Chubby and feeling great with no pain and no more gastric upset. Sleep great whats to worry about. Wont change eating habits however, would never want to be that huge belly babe I was a couple of months ago...lol

We have been using EVOO from costco, it is ~ $35 for a 2 l.itre but last time there, they had avocado oil, 2l for ~$30. So of the fruit oils the avocado seems pretty good, high flash point Also, for a stir fry or whatever we use a couple strips of bacon to grease the pan.
Bacon is always a nice option!
