- Wow! This acrylic painting was more difficult than I expected, but the final result is beautiful. My materials are acrylic paint and water. I am using a hair dryer to blow the paints. The pinks and yellow remind of flowers. This painting is gorgeous.

For me it is more of a wave than a spiral but the colours are stunning together and the yellow in the middle is gorgeous. It's a very 'cheery' piece.

Very nice! I was laughing because I just this morning scooped 3 cups of that same mauve color out of my container. The prettiest (but usually muted) colors come from my drip accumulations. I put together a muted blue and green with a muted pink chalk paint! Unreal after varnish. I agree with you about the great ones coming from leftovers, Molly. Thank you for showing us your tips and tricks. I don't know where you find time. 💚💜

WOW! Molly first time! Swirl very beautiful! Great job! Your use of spatula knife I was concerned! But you made it perfect curve. I really like also your finger fixing also I have used finger painting before so that's optional to use as tool as well! Good job and use of adding paints again on corner I thought that was Cool too! Yellow band wide compliments other colors so wonderfully. I will try that tomarrow . See how it comes out . It will be smaller canvas. I have not worked on larger canvas yet! I am growing in my skills and creativity first before going to larger canvas. As I've have not worked with large sizes yet. Only a large tarp for garden porch. It took me at least three days to paint on it. It was not a easy task but a challenge for me . I made it for shade and decoration for porch Where I use to live. Maybe in a month I will try to make larger size canvas.

At first it did just look like a wave but by the end it is the swirl you wanted. It makes your eye go to the center. Love the color combination. Weel done.
