- While this painting was not exactly what the client wanted, I learned a whole lot with this painting. And so great to know that the technique can be done on such a large canvas. Wow did i learn a lot from this painting! I should have known that yellow amd blue would create more green and i already had green colors too! While it is not what the client wanted, thats ok! I will make another in the upcoming weeks with what i have learned. Hope you enjoy this video and big shout out to my husband for his help!

Its a stunning Jungle piece like you said in your video! My favorite color is lime green so I am inlove with this painting. Art is such an amazing thing, Im into resin pouring currently and I get frustrated with trying to get that imaginary design into the real world, but the journey is always the best part. I have a box of i-hate-ums and a shelf of I-LUV-Ems. My friends always raid the box after paying for pieces off the shelf.. they call it their Get-1 box cause they just bought-1. They are too funny. But they definately drop amazing little ideas during conversation which makes me wonder if I can create that exact thing and surprise them with a new LUV-Em! So far Ive only had a few ideas escape my abilities, but Im waiting on more molds to try again! You're such an inspiration your just-go-for-it attitude is amazing! Just Keep Pouring! Love this! Yummy sort of agate geode, great for bringing some fresh vibrant green into a room that needs a wake up call. If I saw this every morning after I woke up, I would be smiling every day!

Molly, That is certainly a big one! I have a green bedroom and it's a really soothing colour. This piece is like looking down from an aeroplane onto green fields, sandy beach and blue river. I love it. Can't wait to see your next attempt.
If there's one thing I have learned about my paintings, it's that everyone has different tastes. Sometimes the paintings that I liked the least were favored by others. I'm super thankful for that!... & While I have my own style, "trying" to have a variety works better when selling my art, because then there is something for everyone... I think this big painting is awesome & I'm sure you will sell it... Plus, that gives us another chance at seeing you create another huge masterpiece with the next one, lol. Thanks for sharing!

Acrylic Pouring is so unpredictable, I would have been nervous too and that large of a canvas! Still turned out beautifully and just a beautiful jungle feel. I know that you will deliver your client an amazing Florida theme look👍👏🤗

Molly I think this is absolutely beautiful. I just watched this a second time because I wanted to see it again after I watched you do the second one. I love them both. I think this one is my favorite out of the two. You absolutely make such beautiful paintings. Please don’t get discouraged. I love that you show us what you think is a fail because it’s so far from a fail it’s just not even on that scale. I love it, it does give a jungle/earthly feel to it. But it also makes it look like a clean natural beauty. It comes across as something pure, clean, crisp, fresh, breath taking, and pure beauty. I can see this setting above someone's white couch that has a beautiful nice crips clean lines in the home and a nice white room.

Wow! I knew the paint pots were big when I saw them on the side, but then when you picked them up to start pouring 😲 they are absolutely massive! Well done though, you made one of your biggest swipes yet and even though you didn't achieve what you wanted you are still able to find things in it you enjoy, plus you took away some learning points too! You always bring such positive energy to your paintings and your videos, always a pleasure to watch.

I’m so glad that husband suggested you keep going. The few times my husband has been around when I’m about to scrape a painting, he helps me look at it from all different angles and I always end up trying to fix it. Some turn into winners while others are unfixable but I still learn more from trying to fix it. Like you say it’s not waisted paint, it’s a learning experience or a custom color.

Lol from the canvas to the massive containers of paint WOW , ur hubby did an excellent job , u made me laugh again when u said ur going for the orange but picked up the yellow , totally agree with u , to much green but still ended up an amazing piece, love it

This is absolutely stunning!!! I had this same issue this past week. I took on a my very first large piece and I learned alot from it. The customer said it was "ok" and the she liked it. But I wasn't pleased with that and told her I would do it over, but a friend of mine got in my car with me today and the piece was in the back seat and she LOVED it! And that made me feel better.
That is great! This happens to be too. Commissions are tough!

Hi Molly - those big paintings -especially commissions- are so stressful! I was feeling for you throughout the process! I recently did two 4x6 pieces and the first set (yes, I did both) was not what the client wanted. After more discussions I did another two that they loved. However, like you, I kept the original efforts and ended up selling them both to people who did love them. Wishing you all the beat for your upcoming show! Oh, btw, I just received the canvas stands (blue triangular ones) and used them to resin some pieces last night. They are awesome!! Very stable and the resin pulled right off!!!

I love, love the way it turned out.
It has a very definite rainforest theme to it. That big orange part sweeping down which then laces into the rest of the painting reminds me of the Amazon Delta. Love it.
I really like this swipe pour because it has my favorite color combination, blue and green. It may not have been what you intended but the composition is stunning. You did a great job Molly and being the perfectionist that you are, I know you will create a pour that your client will absolutely love.
