Love you Picture of our Lady of Guadalupe.
Thank you for tutorials
MUST SEE! This is a pro level video on butchering a whitetail. It is a series that lets a guy like me who can butcher a deer be able to do it better, faster, and with a little more confidence. Top notch stuff!
Thanks, that was the plan. Give guys a good reference if they want to try it themselves or just do it better. KPO
Man, that knife is sharp. Well done. Very helpful
Michael, you might also be interested in the knife sharpening video my dad and I did - "How to sharpen a knife and keep it sharp". It's pretty much him showing how to get them this sharp. Thanks for watching, KPO.
BOSS MOVES helped me a lot thanks
Glad to hear it, KPO.
Awesome!
I may have already asked and even seen you prepare the trim bucket for ground, but if not Dave could you direct me to you video of that... I think I may be fileting more than I need to. Our meat is pretty clean when done. Also like to see you can some venison.
Thanks, Hoss.
That is similar to how we do it. We try not to use a saw. But your a lot faster and professional. I like freezing the separate roasts. When I’m hungry and feel like cooking some venison I decide if I want steaks or a roast
Cool, KPO.
Would like to see Dave clean up all that trim Meat, show us how you remove all the fat .
you got it my friend czcams.com/video/DZmV2l95qEw/video.html
Please do a video of what you do with getting rid of the silver skin please!
Maybe this is what you're looking for czcams.com/video/DZmV2l95qEw/video.html or the whole deer cutting playlist czcams.com/play/PLksX0m4wrQHwY8aepuTO-dGE51MvZIabD.html Thanks for the comments, KPO.
Just curious why didnt you remove the eye of round from the bottom round. Never seen them cut into steaks while still attached
Nick, we often freeze the meat in larger chunks, then cut or separate as desired before we cook them later. Thanks for watching. KPO
Knetters Practical Outdoors I gotcha makes sense.
@@KnettersPracticalOutdoors Blah blah blah
5 vegans watched it too, but I don't know why they would
Never go to a second location with a vegan. Thanks for watching Dale, KPO.

@@jasonnester9514 right on Jason, I been in the outdoor industry for 30 some years and I've met every outdoor expert and key board know it all out there, so maybe I was too quick to trust the butcher over you. Your original comment could have been nicer you must admit. It's all good man 👍.
