Not to mention he was stated equal to prime Rayleigh before Impel Down and he kept getting stronger in Impel Down. Then also add that if plot armor didn't happen, Bullet would of done a full on broly and body everyone there.

Honestly, looking back at this now after everything we’ve seen in Wano and Egghead Island. I’d say Bullet is at least as strong as an Admiral. Can probably stalemate them for sure but beating them is questionable only because in his Super Form he moves slow.
But the dude is DEFINITELY not competing against Kaido or any of the other Yonko’s. They all just have an extra edge on something he doesn’t have. Durability (Kaido and Big Mom), Devil Fruit (BB), Haki (Shanks), Offense (all of the Yonko’s), and Speed (all of the Yonko’s. Surprisingly Blackbeard when he grabbed Boa).

Furthermore, the fact that she is then captured by Blackbeard without starting to cry, is captured by the navy and manages to escape and then get to Marijoa, escape and somehow manage to cross the new world, says a lot about how much ambition she has. Cerot, let's remember that this is a scene from a movie, therefore not canon, but the fact that you Bonney has a stronger will than many adults is true.

And they didn't think much while giving him a devilfruit power, he was given clank clank fruit, he could attach himself with other objects and make what ever he desires, this is opposite of his character and personality, he doesn't want to be attached with anyone. He wanted to be a lone wolf. If they had him fight in his physical body, it could have been the best fight in all one piece movies.
