Picked up a amzwatch's watch as my first watch last month and I’m absolutely in love with it. Perfect size, looks elegant, very comfortable. Now my only problem is holding off from buying more watches so quickly!

I bought a watch from amzwatch lightly used for my last milestone birthday. Don't wear it as much as it deserves, but not afraid to, either. It's stunning . Good taste, Sir.

Certainly agree with the CW Dune, and I’m Noel’s taking a look at Gower, I’d not heard of them before. Thanks.

Both fair shouts, but Farer watches start just above the 1k budget and while studio underd0g are great, I've never seen them with any stock. So I'd have to put the ebay scalper prices and I just don't think that's good consumer advice. Amazing watches though.

@@ImpulsiveWatches Farer has multiple lines under 1K - I got my Farer Resolute for $995 USD. The 3 hand series, cushion case, aquamatic and pilot lines are all listed for £795-895.

Thanks for the listing, really like the BENIAMIN JAMES line, first time I seen them. Might get one later for my big wrist. Farer watch company is another band I’m looking at. Being in the USA, would I have to deal with import tax?

Can't really say I've ever looked at them. The brand name reminds me of using numbers in place of letters sending text messages on a nokia and something about that has always put me off the idea looking in their direction.

@@ImpulsiveWatches Not aware of any relation/connection but I guess from the font perspective and use of bright colours you could see some similarity with Nodus. My pick would be the Munro in Highland Amber as I'm also a fan of the Seiko Alpinist. They seem to be always well reviewed.

Love the Dune, but the rest are gimmicky toys that will sell in 10s if they're lucky. What happened to cool design on these islands, rather than Nomos fanboys with thick glasses out for ripping off the wealthy but credulous? Having said that, the Benjamin James looks OK, but alas, it's called a Benjamin James and costs lots of money for something with Benjamin James daubed across the dial. I'll wait for Mr James to change his name by deed poll to Dirk Interceptor and then I might buy. The Swiss and the Japanese, or indeed the French are hardly quaking at the current risible output from UK watchcos. Dismal.
