This video has introduced me to a number of british watch brands I haven't come across. I would suggest that Christopher Ward should be in the top 2 imo.
I have a green diver from NIte Watches of England. It's one of my best everyday and travel watches with high lume Tritium. I consider it one of my favorite watches.
No Bamford? Even Harrods have commissioned 2 special editions from Bamford! Most of the rest you featured are just Swiss movements in a British case. Bremont at least make their own movements now :)
I would think Accurist would have to be on the list. Growing up in London I remember they sponsored the call in time. Personally I own a Farer, Rotary, Scurfa and an Accurist. I’d love an AnOrdain.
Probably the AI voice would have gotten the pronunciation right :) But we're humans, and even though we might make a few mistakes here and there, we try to make every single video as good as possible.
Thanks for that list and good descriptions with many I guess most people have never heard of. Your title states "British" which of course leaves out Scotland (Great Britain) though you mention a Glasgow maker. Then you mention the UK at one point which includes Northern Ireland as well as Scotland. One brand you missed is "Marloe" who produce an interesting range using Swiss and Japanese movements. Cheers!
The background “music” (It’s not really music; it’s garbage) is so irritating that I couldn’t watch the video, even though the subject was interesting to me.

Boss video. Covers a lot. Good work!
A great top 20 with 5 brands I didn't kwen about! Many thanks!

Love this video. Thank you for the information
Amazing there is no reference to Fears.
I have a Garrick and love it
The Bremont appears initially with the Dent section, and Swiss made appears on several dials ?
10:59 The mispronunciation of guilloche hurts your cred.
Cred is enhanced by giving us something different instead of the same old brands over and over again. Sounds like an AI generated voice anyway.

No Fears of Bristol🙄
Pinchbeck beautiful.
What about fears watches?
Rotary❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

“Britain” does not exclude Scotland. Britain is the name of the big island and includes England, Scotland and wales.
Why is there an Oris 65 @0:33 on the video? If Speake Marin is now based in Geneva then why Rolex isn't on the list?
The narrator sounds utterly bored. Just have her making the coffee, eh..?
AI
@@colindale1562She isn't an AI. It's just the way she sounds.
Prices prices prices, what are the bloody prices?
What, no mention of Struthers!!! BTW Roger Smith comes from Bolton, not the Isle of Mann. He moved there.
British watches made in Switzerland?
Yes, and then they forget to put Rolex on 1.... AI generated content perhaps....
I was wondering about that
This is nonsense
Thank you very much I love them
AnOrdain, heard of b\c of the dials. Farer, on some micro-brand chats. Bremont over Christopher Ward?
Vertex beautiful.
Wot no Marloe?
No timestamps?
It seems though, that it rely's heavely on the quality work of Swiss. I was waiting for the "Fears watches" to be on the list.
Cwc beautiful.
And how about Duckworth Prestex??? Their finish is second to none.
As good as Patek?
Bremont twice?
I have a Graham watch, it's the favorite in my collection of 30 watches. Dump the music in the background.
Mind numbing music is one of my pet hates. I totally agree! It (mostly) detracts and cheapens CZcamsr’s videos
Shoreham watches
Elliot brown
I don't think I could afford a Roger W Smith, unless this is aimed at millionaires.
Why CZcamsrs choose to denigrate their videos with shite backing tracks. Totally counter-productive in my opinion. Ugh! I’m off.
some of them watches say swiss made on their dials?

Speak marin beautiful
Loving that Dent watch, it's like having Big Ben on the wrist.
Schofield have gone bankrupt.
Hi - What prompts you to say this, please? Schofield exhibited at a couple of watch shows in Brighton and Ireland in September.
