How to make the best EGG STEW Recipe with boiled Yams

INGREDIENTS:
1. 24 whole eggs
2. 4 cups tomato sauce
3. 1 large onion chopped
3. habanero chilis left whole
4. 1/2 cup palm oil, substitute with any oil of your preference
5. 1/2 tsp garlic paste
6. 1 teaspoon minced ginger
7. 8 basil leaves for cooking and 4-6 for garnish
8. 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper for stew and 1/2 tsp for prepping eggs
9. 1/4 tsp Smoked paprika
10. 10 g cured king mackerel fish (substitute with 1/2 tsp shrimp paste)
11. Salt amount to taste.

I'm 2nd gen Ghanaian and my best friend of 30 years is 2nd gen Filipino. We know how to make each others food so well and we even swap Tagalog and Twi!!
