Just a quick headsup - Guess what - Now I have Finaly went Kyokushin Kai -YES!
After all my talking and dreaming I did it. Was on my first class last night. And man was I in heaven. From get go, I feelt right at home 🙌
I was thrown in right from start to learn som combinations. We did the Sabaki. And it was brutal, even of course the guy's dident hit me. But it still was super hard and just as fun and magical as I knew it would be!
Here we hold the hands like in boxing, and not that Shotokan style. Here we fight for real and whats Work, they did tell me 😉
This is Kyokushin and damn how happy I am to be here!

PS! Cant even tell you have crazy good, it feels just to cross those hands/elbows, when saying OSS. How I have waiting just for this..Crazy huh, but I cant help myself. Im in heaven 😁🙏

Yep the first class blow my mind. And I had to rest, the rest of the week, as I got a cold. But cant wait to Monday and be on my way!

Thank you for replying,you know how boxer do footwork drills so that they can be comfortable at moving around and quickly adjust their foot placement for power,speed and use footwork to evade.Thats what im looking for but in kyokushin so i can be comfortable moving around and quickly adjust for power,speed and evade quickly.
