Somebody should have marketed her in the U.S. With her looks and voice she could have made a fortune. Now 10 years have passed and this video is the first time I’ve heard of her.

I'd never heard of Anja, but I watched this video with hope - I've been wanting to find another Mariah, Whitney or Celine forever. But sadly, to me, she isn't even close.
I agree totally. It feels like she rushes through a song, but I never felt that way listening ti Whitney. She lacks the beautiful resonance in her notes that Whitney had, especially in the lower notes. I loved her first song, because like Whitney when she sang, it held deep meaning for her. Also Whitney had a clear mission when singing. She knew she was given a gift and she used it to glorify God, until she went down the wrong path. And she knew she had. My ears never felt like they hurt when Whitney sang, whereas this singer at times it felt like she was nearly screaming and shrill. I apologize for the critique, I can't sing any where near with the talent of Anje, but I just felt the need to clarify how I experienced the difference between her and Whitney.
Just goes to show what a rare gift Whitney had. She is dearly missed.
