Palestine is a State Party of the International Criminal Court (ICC) and ratified the Rome Statute on January 2, 2015.

The ICC is not a military unit they are about bringing legal justice if Putin is ever arrested he will face justice but most likely he will be assassinated before that.
Russia has its own UNSC veto and relies on its relationship with China (another veto holder) who also don't care what the west thinks. For Israel, this is a culmination of what for the past few months are a game changer. Their era of impunity is over and the last few isolated countries where they get their political cover and military support from is being run by governments that have diverged the majority opinion of their electorate on this issue. Nothing will be quite the same for Israel in how it operates going forward.
And I'm sure Palestine will quickly surrender the 3 indicted Hamas leaders as they are legally required to by virtue of being signatories to the ICC, won't they?

Question to the ICC judges: After Hamas massacred one and a half thousand Israelis, women and children, and hid behind the backs of the “peaceful” Palestinians, what should Netanyahu have done?
They killed 600 civilians, the others were soldiers or killed by Israeli Apache Helicopters and Tanks.
Netanyahu was not supposed to commit a genocide with US money and weapons.
He was not supposed to cut power and water to 2.5 million people and then destroy 80% of the civilian infrastructures. Those are big deals.
The ICC is outside of it's Jurisdiction. So the judge doesn't know the law and is usurping his authority. He should be arrested for breaching the law and talking about issues outside of his courts jurisdiction. Remove him. His bias is, as a recent public person said, his " beliefs are speaking loudly within him."
