    I have a doubt.
    When I'm playing alone I play very well and I'm super focused, but when I'm in a duo or in a closed team I lose my focus and complain a lot more than normal, do you know how I can perform the same even in these situations?

      Late reply! There is a way to get over this. Ideally, I would tell you that you should focus on climbing solo, but this can be not as fun and just as stressful. From what you're telling me, you are putting a lot of emphasis on performance and internalizing poor performance. So whenever you perform poorly you identify as the poor performer which leads to bad mental because of negative thoughts. Not to get too overly therapeutic here, but having calming words (like a mantra) can be a great place to start. I know of older players that struggle with catching up to the newer generations and they calm themselves down by using reassuring words such as "this is just a game, it doesn't control my life nor does it dictate my life" just to start.
