    Nice tutorial for brisket. I use SPG and Cayenne Pepper. ✌🤟🖖

    11:45 good reminder - don't hesitate to spritz; it will help the smoke and if you get a pool of liquid, just mop it off, and add some more rub there if you care about the aesthetics.
    I like a maple syrup / water mix (mostly water), about as sweet as apple juice at most!
