    PCS-250 Powder Coating Gun
The Eastwood PCS-250 Dual-Voltage HotCoat™ Powder Coating Gun gives you complete coverage from tight areas to large surfaces while operating on standard 120v household current. This innovative system will allow you to achieve the benefits of powder coating small parts instead of coating them with paint. This new and improved dual-voltage system gives you the capability to coat small areas using the low 15kv setting or coat large areas using the high-voltage setting 25kv. All you need is a compressed air source (5-10 PSI from a portable tank with a regulator or a compressor) to power your gun, an electric oven or toaster oven to cure the finish and a well-ventilated workspace in which to do your coating. This new and improved gun features color-coded cabling, larger ground clamp, increased trigger room and a clear bottle so you can see the powder color and fluidizing action.

This innovative, inexpensive powder-coat gun helps you do a professional-looking powder coating job right at home. All you need to add is compressed air (5-10psi), a dedicated electric oven and your favorite powder.
Why powder coat? Because it gives you one of the most economical, color-durable, and longest-lasting finishes available. You'll find powder-coated surfaces are far more resistant to chipping, scratches, fading, and wear than other finishes, and the color selection is virtually unlimited, with high and low gloss, metallic, and clear finishes available. And thanks to the UV resistance of many of the powders, colors stay bright and vibrant longer. Texture selections range from smooth surfaces to a wrinkled or matte finish, plus rough textures designed for hiding surface imperfections.
One 8-oz. bottle of powder (not included) covers the same area as 2-3 cans of spray paint, and clean-up is easy, since you can simply sweep-up the oversprayed powder. Contains no environmentally harmful solvents. HotCoat powder coating requires a 5-10psi compressed air source and dedicated electric oven (or toaster oven).

Something rarely ever mentioned about powder coats is that once it’s cooled, it’s ready to go. Unlike paint which can take a day or two to harden up, you can take a brand new part, powder coat it and have it bolted up within an hour - start to finish.

I have used weight stack gym machines that need refinishing. I would rather not disassemble the parts, nor transport the machines. What would be the best option to refinish them on site?

If you're not going to disassemble then painting is your only option. You can prep and mask off anything you don't want painted - similar to how you might spray a fender on a car without removing a headlight. Powder coat has to be baked at 400 degrees.
