Man so many complaints are rising now on 450x gen 3. Some customers are complaining about panel gaps in gen3, belt breaking issue is frequent now. Actually ather service cost is higher than a petrol scooter. We can service a petrol scooter for 1200rs for oil change and labour. Where as ather subscription for 1 year is 3000. Disk pad wear and tear is much faster, belt wear is also an issue. In petrol scooters belt change done at 50000 or above. Ather to run 50000km needs 3belt change. Belt noise is a issue that customers are reporting from the beginning.they haven't made a remedy. Still its better and reliable than ola, but ola has improved vastly on software dept., Now they have adjustable regen modes. Ola s1 pro is available for 10k discount. There is 30000gap between ather and ola. And ather is not giving a premium built scooter now. Fiber quality has gone down.
Another issue is service centre. As everyone knows ather doesnt have enough service centre in a state. And the service facility they have is not able to cop up with the sales. Sales is higher and service facility is just minimum. To get a service appointment owners are waiting for 1month or 1.5month. this is not the premium experience ather should deliver to customers. Rather than ramping up production, they should now concentrate on after sales. Many customers are really unsatisfied on their service.
Bro if u buy service plan pro its 3000 and it includes ur belt as well ....and as for the 3rd gen they r new owners they ll get to Knw vehicle with time. ...yeah but the belt noise is really the thing tht needs to be sorted out .....
@@atlerfix4240 yeah belt is covered in amc. But the life of that belt is what matters me. It should atleast last for 35k kms. Here some have belt issues at 5k odo. That is not expected from ather. Yeah ,hope they will come up with some solution.

200 is claimed in eco under specific conditions, it's real range will be around 140-150 in average driving at 100 or less than it on harsh driving. So don't become fool by such numbers 😉

Hello Pardeep.. I did not find any info related to Ather Gen 4 release date in the video. I feel Gen 3 is good except for few things.... 1. Range (atleast 200km), 2. Boot Space (must accomodate 1 big fulll face helmet and the portable charger), 3. Metallic body. Can we see these in the 4th Gen?
Mettalic body is impossible because the density and the weight of using the metal body puts and extra load on the motor and in normal gen 3 u can adjust and fit a fullface helmet and charger but time taking
When was the last time u travelled 100 kms in a scooty?. Answer honestly. Even 30 kms range is plenty if infrastructure of fast charge is their in place. If not even 200 is worthless

I do not understand why people assumes that if they do not use something then no one uses the same. What do you mean by fast charge? Do you mean like petrol 100% in 5min. I do not see this happening in the next few years. Also, fast charging has some drawbacks currently, like impact on battery life, infrastructure requirements etc. So, it is better to give bigger range.

Outsource service centre really kill the product. Service is not done properly like they own the service centre. For every wrench replacement we need to fight with the contracted service centre. And product warranty must increased form 30k kms to 60k kms . we don’t know why ather bring the battery warranty down from 1 lack km to 60k km. And previously ather promised by their customer care and show room employees their battery replacement price come around 50-60k rupees but now their website shows 90k rupees . It’s like complete looting of the people promise and faith. Brake shows gone every 3k km . Replacement cost 1500 belt will gone at 10k km cost 3000 rupees . Battery gone at 15k km. What Pradeep promotes I don’t know . He even experience some problem with the product but nowadays he not post things. Brother please catch people who crossed their warranty km or year and ask them the price of the spares. Please post those video also.
Bro my Ather gen 3 vehicle has few issues 1. Getting vibration when giving throttle 2. Getting gur gur gur gur sound when riding the bike between 27-40 kmph 3. The speed shown in the speedometer is not showing correctly (observing this issue after vehicle got repaired at showroom for the problem mentioned in step 2( problem still exists even after repair))
Ather is going to charge for Ather grid charger from 1st Jan 2023 but they have to give it free for atleast one year for new customers. I am getting delivered by Dec 15, so I can use it only for 15 days for free which is too bad. They have bring up with new offers in December but my invoice billed at 30th November for which they said these offer will not applicable. Very disappointed with the response. It's just a matter of day. If Ather knows the offer they have to hold and invoice should done on December. So people who going to get delivery in Dec are get fooled. 😭

I'll not buy an ather 450, because of it's looks and comfort level (my personal opinion). Scooter is not meant for performance, but for utility. Power figures matters, but more comfy riding(in all aspects), range and reasonable pricing is important. Is he could ride his own Ather 450 through roads with potholes filled with dirty water? No. Is it? Why? Ask him. Nowadays Ather is King in ev scooters in terms of performance (ofcourse not in range or top speed), no doubt. To keep their momentum they have to stick on quality (both product and service), which was not nowadays (as per owners)
