This is the customer experience of an automobile engineer who uses both Ather and OLA in his day today life.
ഇതുവരെ കണ്ടതിൽ വച്ച് ഏറ്റവും യാഥാർഥ്യമായ റിവ്യൂ. ഞാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞ ഒരു വർഷമായി ഒല യൂസർ ആണ്. ഒല കൊട്ടിഘോഷിച്ചു ഉണ്ടെന്നു പറഞ്ഞു ഇറക്കിയ പല ഫീച്ചേഴ്സും ഇതുവരെ വന്നിട്ടില്ല. ഒരു കയറ്റത്തിൽ വച്ച് വണ്ടി ബ്രേക്ക് ചെയ്താൽ ഹിൽ ഹോൾഡ് ഇല്ലാത്തതുകൊണ്ട് എടുക്കാൻ നല്ല ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് ആണ്. മുഴുവൻ തുകയും കൊടുത്തിട്ട് ഒരു വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടും പ്രോക്സിമിറ്റി അൺലോക്ക്, ഹിൽ ഹോൾഡ്, വോയിസ് കണക്ട് അങ്ങനെ പല ഫീച്ചേഴ്സും തന്നിട്ടില്ല. ഒരു സെന്റർ സ്റ്റാൻഡും ബഡ്‌ഡി സ്റ്റാൻഡും മുഴുവൻ തുകയും കൊടുത്ത് ഓർഡർ ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. ഇതുവരെ കിട്ടിയിട്ടില്ല. എസ്റ്റിമേറ്റ് ചെയ്ത തീയതി ആകുമ്പോൾ അവർ തീയതി വീണ്ടും ചേഞ്ച് ചെയ്യും. അങ്ങനെ ഇപ്പോൾ മാസങ്ങളായി. ഇതുവരെ ഇറക്കിയ വണ്ടികൾ നല്ല രീതിയിൽ സർവീസ് ചെയ്ത് നൽകേണ്ടതിനു പകരം പുതിയ വണ്ടികൾ ഇറക്കുന്നതിലും പുതിയ വണ്ടികൾ വിൽക്കുന്നതിലും ആണ് ഒല കൂടുതൽ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുന്നത്. റേഞ്ച് കൂടുതൽ വേണ്ടുന്നത് കാരണം മാത്രം ആണ് ഒല ചൂസ് ചെയ്തത്. പുതിയതായി വണ്ടി വാങ്ങാൻ പോകുന്നവർ എന്നോട് ചോദിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഞാൻ ഒല റെക്കമെന്റ് ചെയ്യാറില്ല. ആദ്യമൊക്കെ വീട്ടിൽ വന്നു സർവീസ് ചെയ്ത് തരുമായിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ അതിനു പ്രത്യേകം പാക്കേജ് എടുക്കണം. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ദിവസങ്ങളോളം കാത്തിരിക്കണം. ഇതുവരെ ഉള്ള പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ എല്ലാം പരിഹരിച്ച് പുതിയ വണ്ടി ഇറക്കുമ്പോൾ മാത്രം ഒല എടുത്താൽ മതി എന്ന് ആണ് എനിക്ക് പഴ്സണലി പറയാൻ ഉള്ളത്.

അതുപോലെ ola യുടെ service ഇപ്പോൾ 1 ദിവസം കൊണ്ട് കിട്ടും. എനിക്ക് കിട്ടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇദ്ദേഹം ola എടുത്തത് 1 വർഷം മുൻപാണ്. ഇപ്പോൾ service ൽ ola ഒരുപാട് മുന്പിലാണ്. Ather വളരെ പിറകിലും. അതുപോലെ ather നു ഇടക്ക് കാശുകൊടുത്തു service ചെയ്യണം but ola ക്ക് അതിന്റെ ആവശ്യം ഇല്ല.
