I totally didn’t get wearing skirts/dresses at Disney, until recently! I wear them with thin, but opaque, biker shorts underneath so I’m not worried getting in/out of rides or anything. They’re short enough so they don’t show below my dress/skirt when standing/walking/sitting normally.
I’ve learned that flowy skirts and dresses are so comfy to wear at the parks, especially in the summer, and they’re so cute!

Loved this episode you guys! As for things I do to be more confident, I have a bunch of alarms set throughout the morning with positive affirmations written in the notes, so it comes up on my screen. Just little things like "You are valued", "You are loved", etc.

Love you ladies & how you incorporate lessons from Star Wars into your everyday lives!
For me my faith in God is huge in my confidence & I don’t feel like me without Him! Also just having favorite characters that you can relate to can boost your confidence! You girls have also helped me with my confidence cause I just see you being you, wearing want you wanna wear & I’m like I can do the same!
And Janay, My friends & I all wear running shorts or volleyball shorts under our skirts/dresses all the time. Idk how many other ppl do that but that might be the secret answer to your question about doing rides at Disneyland in a skirt 😂

Another really great episode ladies! I love that you guys touch on deeper topics and how star wars can relate to our day to day lives, it's a fun take on a star wars podcast
Something I do to feel more confident is just braid my hair in a way I like. I'm prone to just pulling it into a basic low ponytail, but my hair is something I really like about myself and putting some effort into it helps me. Another thing I do when I'm doubting myself about something is ask myself what I'd tell a friend if they were in my situation, ex If I defend myself in an argument and then second guess whether I should have just let it go I ask myself if I'd encourage a friend to let it go. The answer is usually no, so I need to remember to love myself the way I would someone else.
