How do you stay strong and ready during the offseason? Love your channel btw
The best way to stay strong, fast and ready to go is with a hockey-specific off-season program like our Off-Season Domination program: www.hockeytraining.com/osd20-program
Coooooool
How many do I do of each?
What's the prescribed rep/set count for these exercises to turn this into a workout?
This would change on a phase to phase basis, however, this should give you a good idea on how I program for the core: www.hockeytraining.com/core-workout/
should we do all of these workouts at once?
I would like to know how long and how many reps.. 30 sec 3x or just 1x for 1 Minute? (i.E the planks) i would like to try this :D
Hey, it would depend on the full workout and the program they are put in. Check out our programs where we show you exactly the sets, reps to do: hockeytraining.com/programs/
