  • An international food trend is to eat less meat and more vegetables. In this video you will hear about the ideas behind Globalhagen Kitchen, where daily lunches are served family style for the people working in Mellemfolkeligt Samvirke - Act!onaid. Globalhagen Kitchen is open for the public on Wednesdays for political talks and organic vegetable food. The so called “statement kitchen” is a project that could not be done without chef Jakob Hvidsten Ørstrup from Ø&KO. In the video you will also meet the dedicated staff Malene Brogaard and Cecilie Baas.

    Grilled endive with brown butter and walnuts & salad of rye and caldo nero, olive oil and lemon along with bread.
