    What a great meditation. You both have such calming voices. I loved the metaphor you used about the wandering child. It automatically puts you in a different mindset, from annoyance (for your mind wandering) to one of compassion and understanding. Brilliant!

    How do I meditate, tomorrow will be 2 years since my husband of 21 yeras passed away 😢I'm struggling so much.

      Sending you love and comforting thoughts. I'm sure you miss him very much. Remember to slow your breathing and keep finding the stillness within. Focus on all the wonderful years you had together. This too shall pass and you'll smile at all the precious memories. ❤️
