Does chandras ignition even work? I think not because its not the spell dealing the damage but Judith in this case.

You are correct, Chandra's Ignition won't work with Judith's ability because it's the creature itself dealing damage, not the spell. There are only two red spells I'm aware of that cause the creature to deal the damage to the board: Chandra's Ignition and Arcbond. I wish there were more, they are great combo pieces with lifelink creatures.
Just remember, WOTC changed lifelink to a static ability. So even if the damage from Command the Dreadhorde would kill you, the life gain will happen at the same time and negate it. Also, Star of Extinction could replace Chandra's Ignition. Not as cheap as the Ignition but it does give you 200 life for 10 creatures.
One more thing I would recommend are effects that protect Judith like Lightning Greaves, Swiftfoot Boots, and Mythril Coat. The coat is especially good when you cast it in response to your Blasphemous Act.
OMG I'm so in love with her. Yes baby come to mama! You can run like 8 Rakdos Cyclonic Rifts with her except they can't even replay their cards again. She's amazing!

Blood Funnel would be an excellent enabler and wincon, reducing noncreature spells by 2. The downside of having to sacrifice a creature is actually great here, as killing your imps will snowball into a table death.
The red spellslinger retinue is advised. Harmonic Prodigy (Judith is a Shaman), Birgi, Storm-kiln Artist, Dockside, Treasonous Ogre. The deck would appreciate both Underworld Breach and Yawgmoth's Will (if you wanna punch the deck into higher power.) Necropotence, Bob, AdNaus, and Peer would have a lot of their life loss negated.
I think Solphim might be too slow, but pairing it with Toralf, God of Fury is fun. The combo works independent of Judith and a a simple Lightning Bolt could roll through the table and ending the chain potentially kills an opponent.
Blasphemous Act is also going craaaazy with her.
Am excited i always wanted a pestilent spirit as a commander in rakdos! Now i don't have to jump through hoops to make that deck!

I really want to build this but I’m afraid it’ll end up like a monored burn commander and I’ll take it apart after going off once or twice… just like your other video about taking apart decks lol. Maybe it’s a symptom of really powerful commanders whose decks’ get a lot weaker if they’re removed.

I love this Commander, but she needs Protection. Swiftfoot Boots, Lightning Greaves, Mithril Coat, Darksteel Plate, I have even taken to using a few cards like Malakir Rebirth, Not Dead After All, and Undying Evil to protect Judith from removal in case you didnt find the Equipment you need, and with Judith they come with a free Imp!
This is pretty sweet tech for Indoraptor granted you’ll need protection but you can use scam tech to revive the raptor make the imp and repeat you end the festivities with deathtouch fake the death of the raptor damaging the imp burn opponent and grow a bigger dinosaur throw toralf and torbran in for some win more redundant cards which for me feels like a sweet play line that would feel less samesy than just a burn deck
I feel like a cool inclusion is blood funnel since you're making a token potentially on each cast. Could be a really cool sacrifice commander with stuff like vicious shadows

Good point. However, I said that as long as Judith doesn't get removed before I cast the spell. I mainly mentioned that because it can be a removal magnet on the battlefield

Chain of Plasma/Chain of Smog would be fun. Plasma if you have enough life you could make a ton of imps. Chain of Smog is basically infinite imps at the risk of an empty hand.
Unfortunately its when you cast an instant or sorcery. With the chain spells, they copy, not cast.
