Hey have you ever tried smash turkey burgers I always see everyone doing beef burgers nothing wrong with that I would like to see turkey burgers sometimes and also where did you get your dome that you used to put over the meat looks awesome

Will I need an oversized matt to cover my cement floor? I wonder if griddles of any kind produce a lot of grease all over the place?
