What if instead of variants/subtypes/flavors, we used the word, 'gears' or 'tracks'? We can toggle between them, but it takes focus, intention, and practice.
As long as everyone is on the same page. I hate how the personality field all have different terminology. Major turnoff.

I showed the above correlations to Gulenko. I congratulated him on getting 10/12 DCNH - cognitive function correlations correct.
But I informed him that maintaining an Ni straight course is always Normalizing. Fi always harmonizes or deharmonizes if relations are broken.
Ti (such as in my TiNe type) sometimes harmonizes ideas.

Having typed as INFP years ago and several times since I always felt the description was good but flawed in places. With the normalising subtype it fits me so well it's close to perfect
I think it's better it's left at 16. But rather see how these 16 types interact with the zodiac sign. For example, an Aries ENTP against a Aquarius ENTP. . Here we see a furry ENTP and Fliud ENTP respectively. .I feel a characterization of this nature will make appealing sense. The simpler the merrier.

Oye. Forget the Zodiac. You are better off checking out Tim Lahayes understanding the male temperament with the four humors which comes closer to our lowest common denominator than does MB or any other supplementary study
