Tribute to the Swedish police, they work their hearts out for the common people, many times in very hostile environments.
HĂ€lsning from Sweden đžđȘDon't forget the Punch to Ă€rtsoppa đđ
Noraly is a dutch biker whos is doing these long tours (seasons), full time, on the bike while documenting her travels on her YT channel Itchy Boots. This is from her scandinavian/nordic season. She just had to cut her last season short, traveling in Africa where she followed the coast almost all the way around the continent, due to an accident a month or so ago. I highly recommend her content and I`m not even a biker myself, I just got smitten by her personality and her epic storytelling when i watched her go through Sweden a couple of years ago.
Yup, Àrtsoppa och pannkakor every thursday when I served. We looked forward to that at the start then we were out in the field... Let me tell you that the chefs we had in the field could make some things taste like a bit of heaven. It might be because sometimes we just ate canned beans and sausage cold and sometimes we went for days without any food at all but yeah, those field chefs, man we loved it when they were the ones cooking.
Yepp "Ărtsoppa och Pannkakor" is still a tradition in the military, but with a small glass of Punch liquor it is a very good meal.
Regarding the Catcholics part with the peasoup, this would be Catholics some... 500 years ago or so. Offically Sweden became Protestant in 1527, so it's possible that it's a very old Catholic tradition. I'm in no way well-versed on Catholic traditions, not even the ones from here in Sweden, so I can't say for sure. But it's a possibility. :)
Driving in the city in Truck doing deliveries is not a relaxed i can tell you :) and those electrical "bikes" are horrible they are fast and can just come out of nowhere, and people using them do not care about red lights and such. That Motorcycle service place is very close to where i live, i can almost see the place from my kitchen.
They are, not that they are push overs by any meansâŠ! But Swedish police are niceđâ€ïžâ€ïž.
I am from Sweden, and the cops that are the great cops we call "Snut" which is a slang for cops. Normal word is Polis, (Police). Great wotk there on your nice videos, keep it up ;)

7:00 No, English is in no way taught as our first language. That guy wouldn't know what that bread is called in English either.
Not all kinds of breads sold in sweden has specific formal names, rather names made up by the bakery.
This is because it is not a Swedish bread. We have imported the recipe. Only baked in Sweden.
@@bengtolsson5436 Imported? We have had similar types of rye bread since before the middle ages. (The fact that it largely fell out of fashion in the 1800s is another matter.)
