"This American thinks he can destroy me" 😂 Anton Drago
I looked into the comments at the same time he said that lol
You really don't wanna mess with Anton, he is a proffessional high level boxer (opens and closes boxes on the 15th floor)!
We need more people like Anton in this country. I'm glad he came here and hopefully one day he can do YT full time and follow his dreams. Everybody should have that same opportunity, that if you work hard, you will be successful.
if you work hard, you *CAN* be successful but the fact of the matter is that hard work doesnt necessarily mean anything.
case in point, bud light executives were "hard at work" trying to appeal to the general public but dropped the ball massively. it's about working smarter, not harder.
@@Acusumano25 I think you're missing the point, its a generalization, but I agree that there are things that affect how successful one can be. For instance being born to a rich family. But I don't mean "hard" as in pulling an airplane to the runway by your teeth instead of using a tug. Working hard means a lot of things, effort, motivation, planning, educating yourself. Just that if you put in the effort you probably will succeed and Anton is a good example of this.
@@Acusumano25 yeah but anton is working on youtube which means no amount of hard work will guarantee success, especially because anton doesn't just make videos to exploit the algorithm like a douche.
one of his videos will blow up soon for sure though
@@Acusumano25you are awful, you won’t win in the end, ppl like you will just die resentful and alone
I'd give this comment another like, but I just can't.
That said, I think anyone willing to take an occasional leap of faith and work hard to improve their station in life *can* be successful, but whether that success is what they expect or not is a different story. You can apply yourself all you want, but if you're at a dead end job, there's only so much success to be had. You have to be the one to make a decision and take the necessary actions to improve your life. Much like Anton did.
Your videos continue to be a unique perspective and highly entertaining plus you’ve got a Great set of genuine friends. Such a welcome breath of fresh air. Keep it up, Anton!
Thank you so much!!😌
Always remember guys, as Anton said "It's not about the country, it's about the people"
Whenever I watch anything about how 'work' operates in America, the more I appreciate minimum working/life standards that we have here in western Europe, including mandated holidays, sick pay, maternity/paternity, public healthcare, weekly working hour limits, minimum time gap between shifts etc. Even something as simple as paying waiting staff a fair wage so they don't need to 'work for tips' can be quite odd to those across the pond.
But anyway, Anton, we're glad you are where you're at and compared to some other immigrants you can be thankful that you have a life filled with people who care about you. We're all with you as you build your brand and CZcams channel - the consistency of videos has been brilliant. Remember how quickly Mr Meatball went from 200k to 1m: that will be you soon enough.
I'm exactly the same. Hearing stuff like this makes me grateful to live in western Europe.
And I 100% second the 2nd part of your comment. Anton deserves only the very best.
100%! And I know this does not come for free, but as somebody who is not working on a minimal wage, I am happy to pay the little extra. Also.. you can work more than 40hrs if you really want to => become self employed.
Though to have a healthy and sustainable life with hobbies outside of work, family, kids and a working partner as well, 40 hrs a week is normal.
It is also very unusual to have multiple jobs. Like 40 hrs at one place and another 20 hrs at another place.
A few of my dev colleagues do that though - on the way to become fully self employed they start working part time and focus on their own business. Once it runs properly they quit their old job and focus fully on it
As an American, I’m glad that I have 3x the buying power I’d have in Europe. It’s all relative
@@mack626 Now that's some proper cringe 🤣
@@mambutuomalley2260 How is that cringe? You make more money in the US (with better purchasing power), but you have less of a safety net. It can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on the individual.
"5 o'clock? Time to go home!"
*CRASH!!!*
Imagine a job site that worked like that. You'd be repairing the ceiling every morning!
people can only dream of that level of job security
"tell me a year ago that im gonna spend $500 on boxes and ill punch you in the face" hahahaha
bro, i had to move and bought a bunch of boxes from home depot so even before you mentioned the cost, i was laughing at the "is home depot sponsoring you yet?"
No… i filled the form but they never reached back. 🥲
Yaaay, always when we come home from climbing hard, it is timing perfect for new video by Anton, lunch is ready, I am excited! As always thank you, we appreciate you!!
You're the best!
I love to see that you guys are good friends, and that you have someone you can count on in each other.
right same, i hope theyre friends forever 😤
Don't mind me, I don't know what to comment but I want to do my part in Anton's algorithm.
😎🔥
Thanks for coming to US and sharing your skills as an athlete and entertainer with us here on CZcams
Thank you too!
Have fun, Anton and we have fun! Davai
рад, что ты нашёл себя, нашёл то, что тебе по душе, продолжай в том же духе и лям подписчиков будет не за горами!!!

Thank you Anton and Sean for a great content! Really cheering for you to become a creator full time!
Thanks so much!
Homies jus levitating around the warehouze
Great mindset. I love the bits of Anton's life tips at the end of his videos. So wholesome.
I like your philosophical discussions, who you work for and work with is very important, I have worked too hard and been held back by people and treated like crap.
Hopefully I can find yet another new job, I don't crave too many material possessions but a few nice things and a place to call your own would be real nice.
These videos are great, you and Sean and others have a great time, good luck with your ideas.
Likewise my friend! Hope you will find good place!💪😎
@@AntonFomenko Will keep trying, suppose it makes you appreciate the good more. 👍
The glasses toss at the end was hilarious!
Awesome video, thank you!
Really interesting, thank you Anton and Sean for creating inspirational content!
Our pleasure!💪🔥
Love your content Anton 🤟🏼
What an awesome video. Shows how much effort and work you put into your posts.
Great video!
Thanks a ton!💪😌

I'm just commenting to help with the algorithm....Anton is a future CZcams millionaire...no doubt
The casual walk off after the drop is pure comedy, hope you can add that somehow to the short/instagram.
It is there!)
Really great stuff continue doing what you do best and I'm sure success will come more and more!
Anton will win the box building contest
"I build walls, paint walls and take care of walls"
He forgot to mention that he also climbs walls ❤
Cant wait for the next video Anton and hope u get a sponser this time 😢
You are a genuinely good person Anton! Keep up the great work and stay safe. 💪
Thank you! Will do!💪😊
It's awesome to see your channel grow! You're making amazing content!
Thank you so much!
Solid content. Ok he how you're including the supporters, commenters and even the trollers 😂
Sean's such a good friend
5:22 And THAT'S why I love to watch your videos, your genuineness. Right from the very first video on I appreciated your effort you put in everything. I can only endorse what you said about being valuated and finding the right people to work with. 12:35 Another 'Sean classic' 😉.
So nice of you💪😊🔥🔥🔥
Such a fun video, I love this sort of random stuff haha
Glad you enjoyed!
One of my employers had a hard time navigating this kind of thing. We did low voltage jobs by bid, so we serviced Walmart, Starbucks, DG, or anyone who had enough work and enough money to employ us. But he paid most of the workers, except for a select few, by the hour. So some teams would take the entire length allotted to do the project, while others would get it done faster. It mostly came down to who was paid hourly and who wasn't. I didn't mind getting paid hourly, but I did mind that our bosses had an issue if we didn't get the job done 2 days sooner than given. Which was a major problem given that not all crews were equally trained and new hires were coming and going due to the massive workload that might get pushed on to their shoulders a week into having the job. Its a tough business between profit and good workers.
Very interesting video It’s very cozy to hear you talk about your experience
Glad you enjoyed it!💪
Антон подстригся!!! Вот до чего доводит жизнь в Америке)))
my guy , if you are a spy ... you are a badass spy.
OMG,I just stopped the video at 5:40 to comment. When I used to work in Gap, I would go unpack about 500 boxes weekly, and if anyone needed those, we would just give the flattened out boxes for free. Saved us the trips to recycling area. As for my current job, I'm salaried and get paid overtime, but I kinda fell overtime just leaves me out of pocket, as I would get a delivery takeaway, instead of proper cooking, it's a lot harder to exercise and just get depressed. Work-life balance is very important! Kudos to you, Anton, great channel, you're such a role model for many young men!
Thank you for your kind words 💪😌
Thank you Anton! Best of luck
Appreciate you! All the best your way!💪😌
Love your content brotha 👍 always seen you in other channels happy I found your channel I want to see video one day you quit regular job 🎉 excited to see you get there one day, much love and respect you are inspiring 💪 I. Many ways

You are amazing, and I appreciate you
I Just Love that guys attitude… yeah America has *caughing* some problems… BUT that guy is there to live for the ups and downs but shares auch a loving attitude about being in that country… not because of the country but because of the benefits he feels in his soul. And he shares the parts that amaze him. And honest about what he doesn’t like
Keep going Anton.

2:49 i rofled 🤣
Thanks for being awesome. You almost make me want to learn some stunts.
Ahah! Nice!😊
I think Sean will win. He built his own gym, that must require making a lot of boxes.
thank you for 3:40...it cheered me up!!
Very funny Anton! Lol😂
😅
I almost had something like that happen. As an electrician, I have to go in attics and try not to step between the joists. And one time, at a job, it was really hard in this one spot to tell where the joists were, and I stepped through the drywall. The contractor didn't get upset, he was just like, "that can happen in this business."
But if I fell though, it was over a high foyer, I would say about 30 to 40 feet, so I would have been in the shit if I fell all the way through.
Working conditions and compensation have been getting worse and worse in the USA. Employers do not pay as fairly as they once did and most are not offering benefits or only just bare minimum and high deductable insurance. They are not even trying to keep up with the cost of living since expenses continue to cost more and pay has not increased in years. From the consumer side, shrinkflation and greedflation are getting much worse as well, that is, less and less each year for the same or more money. Unfortunaely there is no good solution in another country as this is by far the safest and best place to live for sure. We have to keep larege corporations from taking from us all for the greedy few on top. For example, Jeff Bezos! As for salaried positions the compensation can be similar and have declined. I have worked with clock watchers in the past with poor work ethics and they always make projects more difficult.
In Brazil we clock the f out when is time, and I think is fair
Yep. 💪
The life lessons you get from your vidos.. top shit!
Cheers from Latvia.

Great video! Could also be funny if Sean "as the boss" would have pulled the chord. So he does not have to pay 1min OT 😂.
He doesn’t want to be a bad guy!😂😂😂

Thanks!
Thank you!💪
Anton is the man!
Again, amazing video Anton! Interesting to know more about you, and as I requested a while back- a story of your life and how you ended up where you are today, in detail. I would love to learn more about you, and I am sure a lot of other people here would too :-)
Also, just two layers of cardboard? That seems risky, but I am impressed it holds and you don't get thru all of them. Do you know a lot about cardboard boxes and the right dimensions and layers you need, based on the height you fall from? So if you need two layers for that fall, what if you ar jumping down, feet first? Thea nI would assume you need a lot more layers of boxes as your volume is concentrated ina smaller area?
awesome anton
Worked from 6am till 11pm in Russia. Incredible. I’m not against hard work, but that was even longer than I thought! I assumed 7am to 6pm or something like that.
4 days a week tho. And 8 hours shifts on weekends.
@@AntonFomenko Impressive. I worked one job where it was EXACTLY 7am to 3:30pm. Then another where we just worked until the job was done. Sometimes very very late. I actually liked that. Taught you to work to finish, not just work until the clock was out of time.
Now I work a salary job, so I feel like I work all the time ha ha! But it's good. Long hours but I love the work.
Hope to run into you again at Touchstone Concord again one of these days!
Paused at 3:15: I love Sean and would hire either to put together cardboard boxes for me...
But, I will put my money on Anton...😎
3:53 Yay!

Tell Lowe’s you’ll use their boxes if they sponsor you instead. Then stick with Home Depot until you get sponsored by one of them, or another company that makes good boxes.

Bro. GOD BLESS you. I would like to meet you one day

Merci!💪🙃
7:49 Sorry pal, it was 5:01, you were off the clock. No workers comp for you! haha
When I first started my job I was helping someone else set up some bin boxes on a wall. He would give me a task and I'd do it - and I'd get it done quickly. After a bit of this he stopped me and said, "Hey, slow down a bit. You've gotta learn to..."
As he paused I said, "Slack off?"
"No, no," he said. "Pace yourself."
I never learned to pace myself. At my job, we have an indeterminate amount of work each day. I quickly learned to work with the assumption that more will be piled on top at any given time. If I look at what I have at the start and "pace myself" to take all day to do it, I'll inevitably get more and find myself rushing at the end. If I simply work hard right away, maybe there might be down time if additional work doesn't pile up fast, but I'll be ready for it and maybe the end of the day won't be frantic. Usually. Sometimes it's frantic anyway because the bulk of work comes in during the latter half. It'd be worse, though, if I tried to "pace myself" at the start.
Yep… that’s why sometimes it’s easier for me to get contract for job. Here is the job - here is your payment. You can do the job in a week or one day. It’s up to you. So…yeah… all depends on so many factors anyway.
Great video as always!
Is it the start of "going home at 5pm" series?
Maybe! It is fun to make these. Thank you so much!💪🔥
That was a sick box fall
Great intro👍
Thanks 😁
I was about to go to sleep but then Anton posted... guess ill wait 13 minutes
💪😊 good night 💤
You should try to buy your boxes by the pallet from a supplier like uline
we gotta get you that sweet cardboard sponsor.
Trully my favorite CZcamsr
Appreciate you 💪🔥
Daily overtime after 8 hours is kinda specific and really only known to some trades workers/cooperate workers. But if y'all aren't getting paid OT after 40 hours, ya need to go to HR immediately if not higher up than them. That's illegal on any terms, even if your boss says it's optional, they still have to pay you OT no matter what, it's the law. I had this happen a few months ago and didn't actually know the laws so I looked into it. Needless to say that will never happen again.
NGL this reminded me of an old manager I had that hated the whole “quiet quitting” thing, had the whole “the bell doesn’t dismiss you, I do” teacher vibe. He would’ve probably loved “In China, 5 Pm you are barely 2% into your 72 hour work week” You telling me to work past 5 pm? Am I going to be compensated accordingly?, he’s been unemployed for the last month after the company he worshiped decided he was useless.
The people that actually want to work at 5am, and in the U.S. it seems a lot of them do, but I am not one of them. Even 7 am is way too early. I was born at night.
I actually feel both ways about working efficiently and fast. On the one hand I do, and try to keep getting more efficient and fast without neglecting quality.
But I also worked for a few people and places that were endlessly playing mindgames with employees to convince them they were slow as shit, and needed to improve, when they actually were not.
I worked for one person that did that, and when I left, at other places they would say how fast and good I was. But I wasn't going any faster or better than when this person was telling me I was slow and a liability to the company.
Depends on the job!
Motion sensor lights at work so the boss will know if you're sleeping on the job...
Anton will win.🎉
Have you ever thought about doing any tricks from the movie brick mansions?
I think Sean will win
Anton, "amen" is what in Russia "аминь". Just first variant is closer to the source.
"Based on performance" 🤣
Yeah right!😂
7:57 why did his hair look so good after the fall?
Очень много английского) добавлю тебе в комменты немного Русского) Молодец! Получил столько опыта, пообщался с большим кол-во самых разных людей и всегда держишься на позитиве! Всё у тебя получится!!!
Спасибо большое! Добра!💪😌
I work 5:30 am to 4 pm. I’m payed hourly but that’s because my company requires perfection so an incentive to be more productive could have a reverse effect on quality. But I build helicopter and airplane parts so human lives relay on my quality of work.
