- The Average Filo loves to travel. Whether it's inside or outside of the country, if we can afford to get there, we will. This was a trip that we did not expect much of. We merely wanted to look around and delight in a laid-back city vibe. How foolish we were to think that this City wasn't so much more than a relaxed urban scene!

For those thinking of visiting Adelaide for beaches and cafes, as a local I can highly recommend Queenie's cafe in my own beachside suburb of Largs Bay.

To add to all that. If you venture about half an hour out of the city you’ll find world class wine regions, the beautiful Adelaide Hills, quaint Hahndorf, a unique and fascinating German town and more amazing beaches and scenery on the Fleurieu peninsula.
Absolutely! Not to mention being able to experience riding the O-Bahn (1 of only 2 in the world), visiting Gumeracha, and so much more! 😊
