An amazing panoramic content on Adelaide, love to see more of such amazing content on other major Aussie cities and attractions.
Kaurna people is pronounced 'Garna'. Love living in Adelaide. Wineries, the hills etc Come in Mad March, festivals, cars etc. There is so much more than these. Go out to the hills to Hahndorf, the German town. Magnificent beaches all down the coast.
I left adelaide for gold coast to get a lifestyle. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER, ADELAIDE IS THE BEST PLACE TO GO HOME, REALLY MISS AFDELAIDE, SOOO MUCH.
lol lol lol

Thank you for this video. Iâm thinking to move to Australia and this place I really like â€ïž natural and museums, old buildings.. impressive. Really thank you đ
Adelaide is gold
Just spent a week there, beautiful Historic City, so much to do, will need to go back soon!!!
I am in Adelaide since 8 Months...I am enjoying
I love Adelaide.... Henry St.
Beautiful city
Missed the winery tours, Baraossa, Clare, Lobethal, MacClaren Vale, and Coonawarra
I have lived in Adelaide my whole life, and whilst I prefer the bigger city feel of Melbourne, Adelaide is beautiful. The botanical gardens, Rundle Mall and the River Torrens are the best things to do in the city centre. However one doesnât really go to Adelaide for the CBD.
If youâre travelling here Iâd recommend hiring a car and heading out into the suburbs and country sides.
The town of Hahndorf is stunning, and if youâre in the mood for more adventure go on a three hour drive to Second Valley - has some amazing bakeryâs along the way, as well as a really great cliff jumping area.
Otherwise go up to Old Tailem Town, and see a town set up as an old western area, itâs creepily fun.
Iâd recommend going to Glenelg as well, thatâs a nice area, but the best beach is probably Carrickalinga - it has some amazing rocks, and natural sea life and the water is best there.
Thereâs a few of my suggestions.
it is pronounced as Gar-nah even though it is spelt as Kaurna:
The Adelaide Plains are the traditional lands of the Kaurna people, stretching from Port Broughton down to Cape Jervis. Kaurna people would travel long distances to source food they knew would be ready at certain times. The Kaurna people lived off the land and waterways of the region.
The Kaurna people are not the only tribe that traversed South Australia. The Nukunu people would sometimes come into contact with Kaurna people. Other tribes included Pitjantjatjara/Yankunytjatjara, Narungga, Ngarrindjeri, Kookatha and Adnyamathanha.
Coming in October any suggestions?
Hey if you go to the state library or adelaide Gaol a museum about the old jail in Adelaide ask about Harold James Box and prepare for a whirlpool of insanity how do I know I had to do an assignment on...my family not every day your related to someone buried in a museumđ
So many things wrong about this video. The attractions listed would appeal to only a few visitors - there is so much more to see and experience. Most negative comments miss the mark. The CBD is not "run down". It has just preserved its historic buildings, although some of the new high rise buildings are a bit featureless.
It's pronounced Clee-land National Park and those images were not from the Beach House!!
Iâm going to study at Adelaide University
Is good University yes?
I'm a 2nd year student at Adelaide University :) If you have any questions feel free to let me know.
@@OiMItzCait I'm going too~ what is it like living in Adelaide?
@@astridleong8663 I thinking Adelaide go or Wollongong University. I speak to others and hear Adelaide very small and clean has nice beach but not friendly people live there. One say a lot of people have many times had property stolen from them. Other day good university facilities but not liking people in Adelaide.
@@JimJim-eu6zz interesting. why does the people there not friendly? are they racist?
Thereâs so many things wrong with this video I wouldnât know where to start. Clearly where youâve lacked video content, youâve just added random videos.
Exactly - I can't quite get over it.
I've never seen a monkey in Clee-land
It is in the Septic's enclosure.
Itâs spelled Cleland and pronounced Cleeland.
Where is Bianca Richard ?
Itâs like one big Logan Central
Dckhead!
Itâs pronounced gana not kauuna
đđ»đŠđșđŹđ§đđČ
And Cleeland, not Clelland.
đ±đ°đ±đ°
Itâs pronounced Cleeland Park, not Clelland.
This isn't a very accurate depiction of Adelaide. There are shots in here that are not from SA. For example, there are no blue trams in Adelaide. Goodness knows where that shot comes from. I could go on and on.
Yer I noticed that myself sounds like an overseas person trying to promote our state , good on them our lazy government dosnt do it and when they do get an advertising about us they use a Victorian company to make an advert and they know nothing and stuff it up đ so much for supporting SA advertising businesses you local piss weak government shame shame
Those blue trams are from Zagreb, Croatia. :-D
It's pronounced clEEland
AFL is NOT a sport - it is a business enterprise that provides product for broadcast television and streaming services - that product being based upon the sporting code known as Australian Rules Football.
We visited Adelaide a couple of weeks ago. the CBD is quite run down, although the sculptures in Rundle Mall are humorous. Adelaide Arcade is impressive, but Regent Mall was almost abandoned. If you're not into art or wines and looking for something the large capitals don't have, head to Adelaide Hills and visit Hahndorf. Glenelg Beach is disappointing if you come from Sydney or the Gold Coast/Sunshine Coast. The airport is close to the CBD, but in a nutshell for those flying in for a short trip, Adelaide is definitely a "one visit is enough" city. The lack of traffic, crowds and tall buildings gives it a "large country town" feeling. And the locals have a funny accent.
Yes, we speak English as it is meant to be spoken - without the sing-song upper inflection at the end of every sentence accent from the east.
@@jeffmcmahon3278 Actually it's local words like "Stobie Pole" etc. that are uniquely SA. And when SA people say "girl" it sounds like "gill" to a Queenslander. To us SA people seem to say "salary" and 'celery" the same too.
Eediot!
Clearly jealousy bubbles over in your ramblings here.
Uncouth!
When you get here, to live- not on holiday, you will learn the truth!
wish they'd learned to pronounce the names of places correctly before making this - Cleland is pronounced 'Cleeland', NOT 'Clelland'
How is Adelaide to get settled with family?
Nice place but not good to find a job, if you want more jobs and money go to WA or Perth
no no good , stay away ! .... lol đ€Ł
The British founded the city.
And the Irish and Germans, and Prussians.
The British were the first founders of the new settlement of Adelaide.
ÆŻhere settle man in adelaine
Wow...I'm 49 and born n bred in Adelaide and those suggestions were the worst ever, I nearly fell asleep watching this.
Not one mention of the world renowned food and wine, hiking trails or night-life.
If you're travelling to Adelaide, disregard this video.
What would you suggest
The Royal Adelaide Hospital is not on the to do list, terribly built and rushed because of former premier Mike Rann and the bad politician Snelling, built on contaminated soil and patients rooms too small and cramped, doctors warned and complained before the building was built but that fell on deaf ears, reckless politicians.
looks boring
đ my BFF lives there đ
It's the most racist and most boring city in Australia.
Itâs not the most racist and boring city. Have you ever been there? Itâs just the smallest in population and size
â@@Skincare.500 Actually Hobart, Darwin', and Canberra are smaller, hit you're right.
ââ@@rogana5158able The most racist ?, where did you get that crazy idea, unless you live here you don't know what you are talking about, and boring is a perception, there's plenty to do here.
ANOTHER FUN FACT ADELAIDE HAS THE MOST SERIAL KILLERS PER CAPITA OF ANY CITY IN AUSTRALIA
seriously ?! Adelaide CBD is that all You got ?! - i live here and there are 1000's BETTER PLACES in Adelaide then just the CBD ..... geeesh .... đ

These countries like India, China, Japan, Kazakhstan, UAE, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, Iran, Hong Kong, Israel have nothing to give foreigners. I donât recommend to pay them money and travel there. They must pay to see you in their country.
Seriously most boring city in Australia. Skip it. It's basically a retirement village.
Haha, Adelaide's a great City, regardless of some trolls suffering from mental health issues.
Good yes mean is boring not noe word two mean is boring here I talk word.
