The electricity that is used to charge EV is still produced from power station using fossil fuels in most places. Unless this issue is resolved wa cannot say that EVs are environment friendly and should replace ICE vehicles.
nowadays fossile fuel PS are very limited...so it does not matter that much....rather i am worried more about the entire nation power stations...they are limted ,and not easily discoverable...and there are certain states which have not adapted the new form of energy power stations for EV charging..so if 1 have to travel for 8 km,it needs power for 20 km,reason:- bhai agar jayega toh ghar wapas bhi toh ayega na...and 4-5 kms idhar udhar ka jor le...
So you are saying the petrol and diesel are more environmental friendly the ev right.
Electricity बनाने के कई तरीके हैं लेकिन fossil fuels के नहीं
so whAT ? IT REDUCES POLLUTION IN CITIES FOR LIFE OF THE VEHICLE
No bro,ev produce level 1 pollution and diesel and petrol cause level 3 pollution ☺️
Bro electric vehicles are not pollution free
Because lithium ki mining me pollution hota he

One more reason is for Indian government to adopt EVs so that they are not affected by oil prices which are mainly controlled by OPEC
Not OPEC, US & western country controls oil price, throught OPEC. Gaddafi killing & Iraq war is evidence.
😂 Dosent matter. There will be no impact on OPEC and all gulf countries. They will remain rich
@@Nomaan16 😅😅
There will be shift is use of oil for electric production
So , cost will reduce for oil as there will be less use of it

10:07 GST on ICE(Internal Combustion Engine) cars is 28% bro. And above this Cess are also added, thus minimum total tax becomes 29%.
The total tax on some ICE car touches 50%.
Well Researched.
@@DataHubYT Since my channel is related to automobile.
Insurance companies don't offer coverage to batteries in case of damages caused by accident. This is a big concern. I'll never consider an EV until this is addressed.
An excellent point, many people overlook this one.
What about the carbon emission from the mines of cobalt, nickel & all?
Electric city from coal😂😂😂
@@sathyamanikanta2784 🤣
Cobalt, Nickel are going to mined anyway because we use in batteries and electronics.
@@frankreynolds9930 ya, technically we don't have any technology with 0 carbon emission...
whatever Aditya said about softwares in EVs is just worthless mention. Softwares have nothing to do with EV or combustion based vehicle. on this channel, 1st time I felt that Aditya's video is motivated (or have prejudice) instead of fair research. Now onwards I will pay more attention to his speech.

The overall video is informative, but you should also take an account what it takes to mine and refine the important components of battery, such as lithium, cobalt and other materials, which also brings irreversible damage to environment beside bunch of different types of pollution.
Only lithium is needed for lithium ion batteries.
Alone musk be like :- ye sab muje 10 years pahale he Pata tha 😂
1. EVS are NOT pollution free.. aisa dikhaya ja rha hai ki evs are green.. but if we replace all vehicles with EVs there will be significant pollution and guess what our water reserve will be hugely affected.
2. Electric cost will increase drastically.. the Subsidies by the govt on eVs will be decreased dramatically so there will be high maintenance.
3. the bigger machines can not be eVs.
4. the battery cost itself is almost a car's price!
5. longevity of the battery is questionable.
6. the resale value of the cars will be ZERO!

Don't know what's good/bad, but I've read some articles about how cobalt is sourced. After seeing that, I think I'll stick to the oil/gas than switching to electric vehicles. Also, are Lithium batteries reusable/recycled after their shelf-life?
no cobalt req for New LFP batteries. there is aluminium and sodium batteries too.
Li is reusable
@@davelawson2564 Thanks for sharing those insights. Wasn't aware of that...
It costs 3x to recycle a battery, the math wont add up
All world governments should use a common type of charging port for all kinds of EV... So that charging infrastructure can easily be maintained.. e.g. type C for mobile
From my perspective, there are 2 problems in EVs
1) Cost is too high even if I take into consideration your reasons then also for a middle class person it is very high. A person who has the budget to buy tata tigor cannot buy tata tigor ev which is approximately 6 lakhs more than the fuel version. So ev adoption by middle class who constitute a major portion of India's population will be slower.
2) We have heard a lot of EVs catching fire in the scorching temperatures of the country. And for making the whole ev package fire resistant or temperature friendly it will involve a lot of money and energy from govt and corporates. E.g :- ola scooters , tata nexon ev
It can be fix if they deduct in software expenses. Features jaye ma xhudane, gaddi chalne se matlab he
Do you even know what you're doing?
I'll tell you, you're preventing people from buying EVs, hence reducing EV sales . Hence, making companies avoid building EV infrastructure
Therefore, going against India's EV penetration
Don't buy EVs, no problem
But at least don't shout it out in public!!
I am shockhed that mahindra company is also doing paid promotions with youtubers
Petrol bunk... Jaise.... EV infrastructure abhi..... Tier 1 me bhi hai hi nahi.... hai.... So
First Government should build the infrastructure like...for every 30kms or 50kms..there should be.... Fast... Charging points....
Tier 1 cities me hi....we can't see so much of upgradationsss..... Atleast we need another 5 to 10 years minimum.... for EV to evolve

Now the pollution of making a ev car is less than a petrol or diesel cars, but when everyone shifts to ev it will drastically increase the pollution also

Bro instead of buying EV I will buy oil powered car and rest of the money I will invest in some funds that I will earn money more than the oil prices I need in daily purposes
Very useful, impactful and well researched content!
Sb miss ho jaye pr notification apka always nescessary👀🤙
No bro. Just do the simple maths. Consider the 50percent extra cost for EV compared to CNG. Invest that 50 percent WHICH COME AROUND 5 LACS. Take the lifetime of 10 years. You will always be better profitable at CNG until and unless govt plays politics by increasing the CNG prices.
What about factory chimney, Factory chimneys pollute more than diesel vehicles. Govt should stop that too. Orr government should adopt BS6 chimney for factories 🏭. But ev is no resale value
Extreme explaination in this topic 😊💙
Bro the 8:39 the App which you are showing by connecting with XUV400 is also available with XUV700 and it also shows your range, location etc etc and 6:35 about software Luxury cars (petrol luxury) like Range Rover Mercedes Rolls Royce Bentley BMW also has such massive screens and software electrically controlled features and cars ! And he didn’t explained how much Carbon is emitted in Manufacturing of battery…..he told that large amounts of CO2 is emitted while manufacturing Petrol/Diesel from Crude Oil but I guess due to promotion he forgot to told that Combustion Engine machines are used to extract lithium and that Machines use Diesel so The carbon emitted by refining crude oil into diesel plus burning that diesel to run machines and extract Lithium…..so much more CO2 means EV is not Green at all …. Thanks !
@Aditya Saini correction pls 07:44 - 07:54 it’s Oil Tanker not Container Vessel is used to transport petroleum products through sea

If I talk about upcoming 5-6 years, fuel based vehicles are still cheap if we compare overall cost from purchasing the vehicle to charging or refueling. EVs are costlier than fuel based vehicles. Once EVs would be cheaper than it will make a difference.
For now, I would prefer fuel based vehicles because I harshly travel less than 1000 KMs in a month. So it would be good for me.
Please do not counter with your environment focused logics. We all know, businessmen only take care of their profits not the environment. If they are finding more profit in EVs so they are promoting.
Lead acid batteries are more dangerous to the environment. In modern time, most of the EV companies using Lead acid or Lithium ion batteries which is not as good as Fossil fuels.
in our nation 90% electricity comes from coal and other carbon produced sources, coal also come from mining and takes transportation to the power plant. we do use other electric products like computers phones so its adding into usage nothing is decreasing so simple rule applies if demand goes up prices will go up soon after all switches to electric and many of us are living in space where we cant install solar panels and that is also one expensive installation so every thing has pros and cons just a matter of time to see how table turns. these days all gov charging almost 100% tax on cost of petrol when there are not earning from it, we have to pay via other sources where we are also using other things. so its a big game.
You make a video on Rajiv Dixit so that today's youth can know him and implement his words in their lives, Jai Hind Jai Bharat 🇮🇳 🇮🇳
Superb informative video boss 👌👌👌
But after 3 to 4 yr the battery capacity also down and we rechange the battery which is more cost. So it's need to be more developed
I completely agree with your iPhone logic.... seriously people buy these phones just for show off!!
It is better to support country's products & work for country so that we can recognise where we are standing in terms of development in the world today and in future.
Those who think EVs are eco friendly they are the biggest fool in the world 😂🤣
U didn't mention about the maintenance of battery which costs almost half the price of the car .
Aur battery ka kya jiske replacement me hame heavy cost pay karni padegi..
You should have also mentioned about the battery replacement cost that consumers will bear after few years.
A normal ev's battery can run upto 10-15 years and Indian government says you can't drive ev for more than 15 years. So i think there is no need for battery replacement
Do you even know what you're doing?
I'll tell you, you're preventing people from buying EVs, hence reducing EV sales . Hence, making companies avoid building EV infrastructure
Therefore, going against India's EV penetration
These things can improve, but only if we maintain the demand
Sir kya esa nhi ho skta ki jese India me gas cylinder me gas store kr ke Ghar ghar pahuchae jate hai vese hi electric vehicle ki battery ydi discharge ho jae highway pr chlte chlte tb gas cylinder ke jese battery bhi tunt hi replace ho jaya kre 1500 ya 2000 rupaye me jis se logo ka samay bhi bche or jldi se jldi travel bhi kr pae ge ek state se dusre state me.

as a normal man .we can bear the price of the vehicle ..but what abt the service shld given by the company to the vehicle , its zero in out of the town.. and safety is zero .even govt doesn't care if we burn or die on electric. . if govt care that much abt gobal warming ,,y the govt cars are still not electric.
EV is money making opportunity for everyone, be it govt, Car company, Power generation co or stakeholders of such entities. It's a short term hype. EV is not economical, not eco-friendly too. Just ride this wave, make money that's it. For long term Hybrid is the only option.
Aditya Oil transported across globe through Oil tankers and NOT via ship containers as told in your video. Now u might be having this question why I m claiming that because, I work on Oil Tanker at Sea 🌊. So chill kindly correct your video. One more thing which u missed out nowadays we burn low Sulphur fuel on all ships that's a Norm. So cheers and keep learning 🙌
Nobody is talking about battery cost which needs to be replaced after 5-6 years of usage..I think its cost is approx 60% of vehicle cost..what abt resale value of car?
What about the cost of batteries that must be replaced every 3-4 years.
Hi Bro you Are amazing person...keep it bro
What happens when the sun does not shine and wind doesn't blow? Store them in batteries again? And keep replacing batteries ?
One question,how electricity is produced???
What about pollution caused by mining of lithium & cobalt, cutting for mining, coal fired powerplant to generate electricity, battery waste problem in future. Now they have started to even mine ocean floors for minerals to be used in battery.
You even didn't provided comparison on how many years it will take to offset extra cost of buying EV in comparison with ICE cars
Lithium, other minerals are already mined to be used in other electronics we use. Also we are already trying to move away from cobalt and lithium.
Coal powerplant is still better than every cars using fossil fuel.
Currently there are more recycle plants for batteries than old batteries to recycle.
Yes Ev is expensive for now but will get cheaper.
Bro if the evs are running on software's they can be hacked just like computers and if that happens everyone is not safe
Video is great but the mention of the Pioneer in EVs Tesla and Elon musk would have been better as their contibution to this space is commendable 🙌
We are talking about India in this video and Elon Musk said that setting up Tesla factories in India is very expensive and it is difficult for him to introduce Tesla in india
3.30.... 😂 😂 Global warming..... To charge the EV... We need electricity..... How we are getting it by burning the coal😂
Nothing can be pollution free if u r manufacturing or creating a product..It's that u can only decrease the amount of emissions..
