The first time I actually understood Ramachandran plot and the phi and psi angle!!! (I first came across it during first year uni and now I have graduated) It's so hard to understand without animation. Thanks a lot!!!!!!!!
I just want to say here because I don't think this is mentioned enough but this video is perfect for visual learners and especially students with ADHD. This is definitely the best ramachandran plot video and visualization I have seen!
P.S. I am a BME PhD student with ADHD who came in with a non-biology engineering background currently thrown into graduate biochemistry so if this 1 video can bring a part of an entire biochem course chapter together then you deserve to know how awesome this is!
