Hey chandra! I have experimented with hundreds of essences and you can buy any essence that suits your budget however mostly in supermarkets we find tiny bottles with essences and they are cheap because they are artificial also
If you want a really good flavouring for vanilla I think you should go for a vanilla extract...
Extract and essence are different and extracts are a little pricey than the essences.
If you are planning to own a hand mixer I think you should go for the kitchen aid.( Which is for whipping cream)and if you are talking about the mixers for kneading bread doughs you are talking about standmixers, which again kitchen aid is the perfect choice for frequent bakers.
NOTE you can also knead doughs with handmixers.
      Hope you found this useful

Let me be honest I tried making this recipe for the first time the semolina did not get dissolved...
The reason being that the semolina or suji in indian households is stored by roasting it dry. so the bread was soft but crumply.
Second time I did it without it being roasted and let me tell you it was the softest bread tasted 💯 percent like outside sandwich bread.
Like , when I made any bread it would be a little sweet or different tasting than outside bread but this tasted looked and had the texture like any other outside bread!

For me it worked fine now as I give semolina rest before needing as semolina tends to soak up water more than any other flour. So when I started needing after it's been soaked up for 5-10 min it gave me idea that if it's hard I added water . Then again leave it for sometime & kneed it. It's gave me great results also giving dough rest in between kneeding 4-5 minutes also helps.

Olden times were sober in terms of household work. It was leisure and happiness in simpli city. There were no gadgets and women got engaged in activities because of lack of outside influence. It was about simply doing the needful without swaying away from routine life.
There was no space for abnormal and artificial life. Everything happens by reason and cause. We can only guard the good life and keep it as it is.

Milk powder is expensive compared to fresh milk. So I would suggest using half milk and half water to prepare the dough. The results are very similar. Also we need to bake the bread within 5-6 hours otherwise yeast ferments the milk and produces bitter taste (very unpleasant one).
It would be a good idea to dust the dough with corn meal just like they do for pizza base. It enhances the taste and produces nice surface. Also the bread doesnt stick to the tray or container.
Since you are using sooji, it has enough gluten content to make bread. In case of maida, though you can make bread with it, 20-40 gm of gluten powder per kg of flour is recommended.

Hi Sushma ma'am ! The recipe looks so good and appealing. Can you pls tell me if we use sooji flour, we should first measure 3.5 cups of sooji then pulse it or first prepare the flour then measure 3.5 cups mam ?? Also, if we use use active dry yeast, is it the same 1 tsp or any change ?? Thank you :)
