    Tried it but the dough turned out extremely dry and not like shown in the video. Had to then add extra milk.

      Every brand of flour is different.. in fact the same brand of flour packaged in different packages also vary in terms of their ability of hydration. So when following a bread recipe you definitely take it as a starting point and then proceed by adding a little extra flour or liquid depending upon the dough. The aim is to get a tacky bread dough at the end. Glad to see that you figured it and adjusted accordingly.

    I have Instant dry yeast ... Can it be used directly? Active dry yeast is needed to activate first and then mix.... The difference is in the word na ... Instant and Active?

    Focaccia bread is generally made in shallow pans. Also, I used to have cakes not bake through when I was using a convection microwave-oven, and it said to cook at lower temp so the centre can keep up with the surface cooking eventually. Could also cover with parchment paper/foil.
