As a Spanish, I've never seen that in my life. But DAMN that looks nice, I'm gonna fckn cooking It as soon as I can.
In Spain that dish dont even exist ...
The only spanish are the Manchego cheese and us😂
I mean, it's really not a Spanish dish
It may be amazing, but it's not Spanish
@@toblerone1729
Yeah I know. He's even using mexican chorizo. But It looks tasty af.
I mean, you have a point
Well I guess it would have been better to call them "Spanish flavored wheels" since it seemed to imply an origin in Spain more than a themed dish.
Anyways, it was cool for me to identify some of the ingredients we use in Spain. Garlic-parsley, for example! It's a really common mixture here.
As a Spanish person, I like watching people being creative with products that we regularly use, like Manchego cheese, but we would never use in that way. I'm sure your recipe it's delicious! keep it on!
Yup I’m doing this one this weekend!
Solid weekend plans 🙌
I will be too... With baked potato halves with more pork chorizo and olive oil... And some Sriracha/Sambal Olek roasted Cauliflower.
Here's to good eating! 👍
Your page is gold brother I've never made so many dishes off someone's page thank you
Stoked you’re enjoying it 🙌
Looks great, love the chorizo with the skirt steak 🤌
It works 🙌
You owe me 50 packages of band-aid, I've been biting and eating my fingers since i discovered your channel 🤣🤣🤣
Haha, oops 👍
Funny you 🤣🤣🤣🤣❤️

Now if he turns these into burgers, he'd probably summon god

Dude I have taken 4 days to pray and fast. Your video has made me reconsider finishing my last day lol!
Haha, keep the faith buddy 🙌 there’s always tomorrow
Finish it bro❤
Good news, I finished it!
@@johnmcwick1 perfect
As a spanish I dont know what that is but it looks nice
Right 👍 ingredients just inspired by Spanish flavors
@@OverTheFireCookingmaybe saying that would be better ...
@@Messagewillautodestructin60Why?!🤷♀️
It’s a compliment to call that dish Spanish- isn’t it?😅
@MaMa-uj4pp it's simply not true, only spanish thing in it it's the manchego.
@@Messagewillautodestructin60 It seems that you don’t get my message…😂
It doesn’t matter if it’s really ,Spanish’ and maybe it’s not -
but it’s a compliment from him
just to call it so,
because it’s such an excellent dish!😉🤌✨
I'm from Spain. Never seen this. Looks absolutely delicious
Pretty sure he meant Hispanic not Spanish but yeah obviously it's not Spanish 😂
@@TheStunnerFTWStill, that's not a hispanic recipe. No one in Latinoamérica knows what that is either lol
"So Freakin Delicious"!!!! Keep goin up bro! Don't usually comment but love the videos!
Looks yummy, but we dont have anything like that in Spain 😂
I was looking this 😅i'm from Spain too and never see this, the meet I think is _entraña_ 🐄is very taste but dificul to clean🥩 to much "fascias"
"Spanish" because of the manchego cheese and the chorizo... its using ingredients used often in Spanish cooking. Not sure how you missed that but go off.
@@IFCIKTno es entraña, es bistec de ternera cortado fino. Pero vamos que se ha columpiado con el título 😂
I don’t think he was trying to make a dish from Spain. It’s just inspired by the flavors it seems. 😅
This is pretty impressive cooking, keep it up !
These pinwheels look so Delicious!!
When spain has never mixed chorizo like that before you know you are onto something
as a lover of garlic, this looks mouthwatering
As a lover of chilli, there wasn't enough.
I'm literally sitting on the porcelain throne right now after a huge sunday evening dinner watching more food. 😅
Man I love this guy... Cheers 👍🏻
Back atcha 🙌
Looks yummy for my tummy
You're the man bro!! That looks amazing!
Thank you 🙌
Garlic is an underappreciated ingredient. Real onions and garlic are leagues above powdered garlic and onions
❤ Aqui em Cuiabá, MT, Brazil, chamamos esse prato de baguncinha. Comemos quase todos os dias. É uma delícia! ❤
Qual corte vocês usam?
So it is a Brazilian dish because it sure isn’t Spanish.
You call it ,mess‘?!?🤦♀️
Do you know what that means in English?😂🤣😂
Lier
Qual corte é esse?? E qual a melhor carne ?
Usually I'm not a fan of augmenting the cooking of meat by putting veggies inside but this looks very good.
Ay bro this is by far the best thing I’ve seen you cook on this channel. Looks incredible.
So freakin delicious
Not sure why these are Spanish. You’ve used Mexican chorizo which is very different to Spanish. Looks yummy though!
That looks amazing, cheers from Spain 🇪🇦
This made me hungry… 😋
one tip i have is never cook garlic on its own.. browning garlic actually makes it taste bitter.. i usually put alittle stock in the pan before i cook minced garlic ..
To each their own 👍
Hehe in asian cultures we love that browned garlic flavor. In the Philippines often times we sauté the garlic first right after the oil is added to the pan before the onions are added. We also add browned garlic as a garnish on top to some dishes such as “arroz caldo.”
@@YunosVenge exactly, all cultures have their methods 👍
Food safety thing: you should be cooking these to well-done. Any exposed flesh has been exposed to bacterium during the butchering process and needs to be cooked. Since you are rolling it up, that exposed flesh is in the center
Here comes the food police. Beat it.
No, they're right, we don't want to deal with food poisoning

Spanish food. Yummier and healtier food.
Definitely trying this with cilantro, chorizo, shrimp, bacon and thin ribeye instead. Thank you for the idea.
Total niceness
Thanks so for posting
That does look insanely good
Chorizo, manchego y provenzal por el ajo y perejil, se podría decir ingredientes de la cocina española, pero ese corte de carne es muy característico de Argentina y lo llamamos entraña, también se cocina a la parrilla vuelta y vuelta.❤
The best so far

If youre over in Spain try some Balbas Wine!!! It goes great with FOOOOD!!
Omg i would literally do ANYTHING (yes that too lol) to have a couple of those pinwheels fresh off the grill!!! 🤤😩🤯
For some reason food fresh off the grill has always been my weakness.
My wife (Filipina) often makes Lumpia and gets the grandkids to chase me away from the deep fryer because I grab them as they come out.
I’m spanish, and this is not of our culture, but looks amazing, congrats
