Elvire Teza is incredible: her skills are wildly ahead of her time and difficult as well. Good for her!
The first and last are so cool. I understand how connecting skills is cool and should be rewarded, but it feels like there should be some kind of middle ground or exception to allow skills like this to still thrive in the sport.
Komova I is probably the best transition of them all. Really looks like she is flying!

I miss these transition skills. Uneven bars used to be my favorite, but lately they all look the same to me.
The Strong is "practically impossible to link to other elements"... But Strong does just that linking in these clips. Hehehehe

For the Teza-Pak, I don't get what the shoulders do between the German giant and the pak salto.

eszter ovary also did the strong, and liz kotler did it from a toe-on in 2003. for the teza bail, the only other gymnast that i know performed it was phoebe pummarachai (USA). great video, thx!

If they connected it to a Pak salto, no. But if the Komova II (or any Shaposh-type skill) is performed by itself, yes.

No. That's the 1st video. Part 1. That's a Toe-on skill. KOMOVAs are In-bar skills where they do not touch the bars with their feet at all...the have to flex and make their bodies even flatter. It's much more difficult.
