my son is 5 and just purchased 6 games all valued around 89-140 , all of the refunds were denied on the same day or within 3 days of purchase. im beside myself. I set up security measures now, but wow, how could they deny an unplayed game.
They sometimes deny even if you’ve played the game I’ve played ‘rust’(£40 game) for about 5 hours and they said I haven’t played it at all
