Rudd was actually a pretty good leader. While I don't agree with this parody, it's unfortunately unsurprising to see that large corporate interests (which his policies opposed) where using their influence to undermine the public perception of his character.
If by "pretty good" you mean the only leader of a developed country to lead their country to avoid recession during the Global Financial Crisis of 2008 (in other words the best economic policy in the entire world at the time) I agree with you. "Pretty good" is a massive understatement.

I loved this show and especially the music parodies but in hindsight holy fuck was this show politically biased as all hell.
